...... the form is dated the 29/3/10 yet she got us to sign it dated back in november......
So a member of the social services staff asked you to sing a form that was back-dated to November?! That is so wrong!! Did you write the actual date signed onto the form?...... She said that she will email me any relevant documents that she thinks I may need for this meeting next week....
She may as well send you everything they have - you will probably need it all to show how poor their paperwork is, and how badly they have managed their documents.0 -
Mooloo have you signed the back dated form? and if so is it clear that it has been back dated iyswim?
This is a bit of a worry as they could turn round and accuse you of lying at a later date if you complain etc
...sorry to be negative but I fear they are only interested in protecting themselves not the children (as they realise they have made a right royal mess of this).JAN GC- £155.77 out of £200FEB GC £197.31 out of £180:o. MARCH GC - out of £200

I think you should
a. e-mail asking her to send everything relating to it regardless of whether she thinks it's relevant - from what you've said I wouldn't trust her to know what's relevant!
b. as soon as she's responded and sent you a load (hopefully) put in a written request for a copy of all the files under the freedom of information act.
The reason I'm suggesting doing it this way is that if you put in the formal request now that may delay your getting hold of anything while they get the legals involved in deciding exactly what they want you to see. And things can and do get 'lost'.
Also, in your e-mail to her put in a bit about being concerned that x form has been backdated and that you are uncomfortable about having done this.Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

We signed it in a hurry in march, but never got copies of it afterwards, till now. However the form is definitely printed out on the march date, so its obvious it was back dated. The consent to medical still isnt signed.
I shall take what I have now to the solicitor, and then as I get things back on an even keel on my return, I will forward copies etc to the solicitor.
With the invoice receipt;payments only made in April, they will know that the funding was not sanctioned until later anyway. They would have not had to produce such a large payment otherwise.
Re the data information, it will be interesting to see what they have, notes wise, on us, that we do not get to see. That would really be interesting, as my name is obviously mud in the SS offices at the moment.
I am struggling now, went shopping with DGD, and now paying the toll, as I had a terrible trolley to push, and it wouldnt go where I wanted it to, as it got fuller it got worse. I should have (in hind sight) called for an assistant to get me a different one, but of course that only occured to me as I was leaving the shop.
DGD didnt have her sleep, and is really grotty as she fleetingly saw Mummy, twice, but Mummy wasnt coming back with us, so she cried and threw a wobbly. She will sleep well tonight I hope, as I am exhausted today.
The jobs I wanted to do, will just have to wait yet another day. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

I do occasionally use Mr A from MK. but today it was food for Twin1 and for DS, in the seperate places they are, as niether have funds this week! and my basics of milk, squash, bread and butter, well I dont believe it is.
So I didnt want to give them even more money that may not go on food, iwanted to give them food that they would only need. So although there was tea and coffee on twins list, she only got tea. Where she had bacon it was bacon cooking bits, and frozen mince, not fresh etc etc. As she has a full size fridge freezer in the little home.
DS is in twin2/s with only the microwave and a toaster/grill thing. so needed different stuff, that he as a non cook could probaby manage. We will see.
But when I get back I will return to my online shoping as that was a terrible time. Although I am relieved it was about £50 less then I thought it would end up being.
Still expensive,at around £70 but then I also got the woman to do a tally at the end of each shop/but not individual bills, or I would not have got the two for offers etc etc!!When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
I have spent around an hour on MSN with BF. we hit a few cagey subjects due to my family. He feels that they are taking me for a ride, that twin2 always gets what she wants, and that DS will cost me lots.
he is probably very right. Although I do not know what he would do if it had been his kids. heaven forbid anyone would have to go through all I have gone through. I would not wish my life on my dearest enemy!.
Right On a positive note, its time I went to bed. I will be seeing a solicitor tomorrow, although I do not have all the paperwork I would have wished to have got together, but I can give them an idea of what I am asking, and get them the things needed, as I know I will run out of time on my first visit. Nobody would manage to tell my story/questions in an half hour or so slot!.

Mooloo - if you ask at the customer services desk for an assistant to help you reach things, fill your trolley and push it for you because although you look ok you have a damaged spine they will usually help you out..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Just wanted to wish you well for tomorrow, I'm glad that you've been getting such good advice from Gizmo, and also to hear you sounding so strong and determined. Mooloo, good luck for tomorrow. I will be thinking of you although I will be with Dad at his hospital appointment, the first one since he had his five bypasses in March.0
