Yippee - we're off to Sunny Spain in the morning and I CAN"T WAIT!! I've never needed a holiday so much...:j

Yippee indeed! Have a great time "Paula" ! You deserve it after all the PADs and big run!

Whilst we're on the subject, I'm after 2 weeks all-inclusive in Turkey for me and three mates in September. As MSE and cheap as poss. Don't mind cheap and cheerful accom as we'll only use it for four hours sleep a [STRIKE]night[/STRIKE] early morning 6 - 10am. ;) Anyone recommend any good and cheap websites? I don't mind putting together a package myself. This is what I usually do for long haul stuff but google on "turkey all inclusive" is really not helping me...is there another board on MSE I can post on where the posters will be MSE holiday folks?

    Thanks PAD chums.

Ah my mate in Bexleyheath just texted me about this one. Nightmare. Little gets indeed. Hope they get it fixed soon. There's power over in Tooting in Wandsworth borough if you need to pop over for an emergency cup of tea!!

    Morning all
My weight loss for this week is **1 lb **

Bummer of a start to week, OH was checking tyres and I have a nail  trouble is, its very close to the side wall, so means a new tyre at about £70 plus the locking nut snapped, some idgjit put it on with an air gun!!!!! So OH had to bust it to get it off........................so new locking nuts :mad:

Well done on your 1 lb weight loss :j, that's great ..... Sorry to hear about your car problems .... Hopefully the rest of the week will be alot better for you ;) ...
    Morning All,

Not feeling on top form today and hoping it's something that I can shake off on my way in to work. It's really busy at work as so many people have been sent home because of the swine flu outbreak - very over cautious as none are showing any symptoms - but it does mean that it's awful for the rest of us who are working. Hey ho, not a lot can be done apart from trudging on.

Sorry to hear that you are unwell ... hope you feel better soon ....

Hi Terri - yes new sofas (well one corner one, split into 2 in our little house!) is lovely thanks! Hope you had a good weekend with your Dad :)
As for the spray tan. I was mortally embarrassed having it done:o Despite having 2 babies - this was worse! I did look like an UMPA LUMPA, but it's calmed down now.
At least it takes the edge off my "DAZ blue-whiteness" :D

Glad you have settled down on your new sofas ..... Have a great holiday ... You did make me laugh with your " umpa lumpa " comment :rotfl: .... please don't tell me you look like this piccy !! ?? umpa.jpg

    Hi All

Feeling rather tired following a Dr Who marathon last night (OH has bought the box set of the last series - got it at a good price too! :money:). Tonight we are going to see the Harry Potter film (1st time for OH, 2nd time for me!)

Glad to hear that you enjoyed Harry Potter ..... Ooooooooooooh i think Dr Who is one of fresians favourites ;) ...

Thanks everybody for asking about my long weekend with my dad here ..... it was great ..... but ..... all we seemed to do was eat out and drink out ! :o .... so i must get back on track with my diet this week .... even though i never put on any weight :j!!! ( i did weigh myself at Boots today to make sure ! ;) ) ....

Hello Terri - thanks for that. You are a star as always.

I will post on that board tomorrow. We are looking at Marmaris as its nice and lively. We went there when we were 20 and want to revisit now we're all coming up to 30! I should be paying the cash off the Cap1 but what the hell, I need a holiday and a good laugh with friends after what work has been throwing at me this year! I'll just reduce my PADs for a while - I am going to count this as my 30th b'day treat!

Ah you gotta get away every now and again Andy my birthday twin! I'm doing London for my birthday this year, joining it up with a bit of touristy action lol.

I can't believe it, I spent ages earlier catching up with all those posts and now I'm back, there's been hardly any tonight! :rotfl: I must smell...
