LOL. Well you are from Hinckley....we both smell!! ;)

I was back there at the weekend for a wedding at the Sketchley Grange. Very good. My old 'inkleh accent has kicked in after two days back though so everyone at work was laughing at me today. My colleague is called Vicky so that cameout "vickeh" this morning :rotfl::rotfl:

Have a fantastic B'day in my new adopted town. I am out drinking in central London on Sat night for my 30th and there's some Leicester / shire folks down to join me so listen out for the accents...we may end up in the same bar!!

Yippee indeed! Have a great time "Paula" ! You deserve it after all the PADs and big run!

Whilst we're on the subject, I'm after 2 weeks all-inclusive in Turkey for me and three mates in September. As MSE and cheap as poss. Don't mind cheap and cheerful accom as we'll only use it for four hours sleep a [STRIKE]night[/STRIKE] early morning 6 - 10am. ;) Anyone recommend any good and cheap websites? I don't mind putting together a package myself. This is what I usually do for long haul stuff but google on "turkey all inclusive" is really not helping me...is there another board on MSE I can post on where the posters will be MSE holiday folks?

    Thanks PAD chums.

:rotfl:Ha Ha! Cheers Andy - there won't be any "Paula Action" going on over there though - just chillin!"

As for Turkey. I know it was the destination of choice last year (you're so last season:D), as I know a few peeps who went all-inc.
Egypt seems to be the cheap place this year:confused:

Not seen any threads, maybe this is a good place to start

Sorry for not being more helpful - I've just remembered I didn't get travel insurance - so best go and do that!

Good luck - hope you find a good one!

That's hilarious! Actually, the skin colour isn't quite right - but the hair's dead-on! How did you know!:rotfl:

Aw Thanks Hopeful! Will certainly try, but if the bags are packed as tight as they are going out there - they'll be no room for the Sun!!

Really better go now - over and out all - see you in a week!!:j
  • Late one for me tonight..... I've been sewing!:rotfl:

If any of you knew me, you would know why that was so funny... I don;t do fiddly stuff at all!! Two and half hours and two sewing machine needles later and I have two cushion covers! One rectangle one and one mushroom shaped one... just the base of the chair to cover now, think I'll save that for tomorrow!

Anyway, PAD for today is £163.13

Hello Terri - thanks for that. You are a star as always.

I will post on that board tomorrow. We are looking at Marmaris as its nice and lively. We went there when we were 20 and want to revisit now we're all coming up to 30! I should be paying the cash off the Cap1 but what the hell, I need a holiday and a good laugh with friends after what work has been throwing at me this year! I'll just reduce my PADs for a while - I am going to count this as my 30th b'day treat!

Ah Marmaris .... a girl that works around the corner from me , has just come back from there .... i'll see what i can find out for you ... She's into all the clubs etc .... So i'm sure you will have a great time alcoolaumetre.gif ....

Hi there £4 please to Vanquis today
Work yesterday was okay, tho when I got there she said 'I take it the agency told you what you'll be doing?'
    'yes, stuffing envelopes' I said
    'Oh, and moving boxes too'.
NO, didn't know that.:eek:(didn't say this tho)
The envelope stuffing took me 5.5h for 250ish envelopes as each envelopes needed a certain number of mailings inside them. THEN humphed really heavy boxes till 5. Was pooped, don't do well with heavy lifting but carried on. So was in total agony last night, a hot bath and an indian helped, but will mean I'm avoiding the ww weigh in this week.:o:o
Ho hum, at least it's a job and for every hr that goes by, I just work out how much I've earned. Roll on Friday tho!!!
Have a great day everyone!!! x
