Afternoon All,

Hope your weekend is going well. Just an update Northern Rock have sent a letter this weekend agreeing to my DMP and will review in 12 months time. I must say I am very relieved as these are creditors I was fearing the most as they can be very aggressive and go down the CCJ/Charging Order route. Only Natwest and Virgin money to convince and I can start to sleep again

Hi, Have you got Justabank yet with Payplan? It is always a good review tack when you want to check what goes out to your creditors and the status of each payment. Yes ring payplan tomorrow and ask them to contact these companies for you. They will have a contact with each creditor with whom they record all details. Some of these creditors dont update their lists very often as to who should be off their "lets call and hassle these nice people today" and of course their banter is always the same. How many times a day do you think they hear the "we have sent you money story". so they are taught not to listen. Somewhere earlier in this thread I have put a link about harrassment and intimidation. Quote it to them or alternatively ask to speak to a Supervisor. They normally refuse this, but insist. give them your payplan number and tell them they will be confirming two payments. Then put the phone down!

Thanks for that. I have justabank and have checked that the payments have gone through ok and they have and to the correct account no, i will phone payplan tmrw and ask them to contact them and i will also phone them back and give them a piece of my mind, i know im in debt but i aint having anyone talk to me like dirt because i was foolish with money. So god help them tmrw when i get on that phone

Hi

Does anyone on a CCCS DMP have a loan account with Barclaycard, CCCS will not accept my loan account as part of my DMP until I can provide a statement or correspondance from the past 3 months, the only correspondance I have regarding my loan is from the date I was accepted for the loan over 3 years ago, I told CCCS this and they advised me to get in touch with Barclaycard and request one, I did this and I received copies of my credit card statements not my loan account as requested, I then called back and was told that a statement would be sent out in the post, that was a week ago and still nothing, I don't seem to be getting anywhere with them, My payment was due on the 2nd so hopefully I will receive a letter from them shortly asking for payment. How hard is it to send out a simple statement :cool:

Morning all, Hope things are going well for everyone at the moment? just a little update, I've heard from all my creditore bar Barclaycard who haven't sent me anything since I infomred them of the DMP! just having problems with creditors accepting payments at the time CCCS send them at the moment which is ongoing, all I seem to be told is that I must make sure the payments are with them by the date on my statements. Hope everyone's DMP is running smoothly : ) x

What a good day this is, have just got a statement from LPF (Littlewoods Personal Finance - Visa card),

£0.00 Balance

(Reclaimed from them = £216.36 credited to the account then only had £30.73 left to pay so what the heck sent off payment)

This was about £1500 a year ago so wayhay

another creditor Paid Off - 7 down, only 13 to go now

This is getting quite addictive - seeing £0.00 balances is just so satisfying.
