Over personalising is a big mistake that many amateur "developers" make.

Magnolia paint was invented for a reason you know.

but yeah, i agree 100%. it doesnt annoy me watching their stupidity and arrogance in their choices/ lack of realism etc , the only bit that annoys me (now, this is evil

) is that so far theyve all had to 'just keep hold of it until the market picks up again' - (yeah right! :rolleyes:). what i really want to see is the baliffs turning up, and them having to sell their beemers to pay for their beans on toast

I don't mind paint colour: its easy cheap and will change anyay. Its when people want you to pay upmteen thousand extra for their vile one off concrete bath that you're then going to have to pay someone to smash out.
