The filming takes place over a long time. She probably starts all the filming of all of them in one month, when she's pregnant ... then later in the programme when she's not people don't notice... they only notice the start of the programmes when she is.

No offence to residents, but Rotherhide looks a dump and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to live in "the ultimate yuppie pad" on that road and pay £1.8 million for a flat. Beeney just read my mind - turn it into a block of flats.

The building to the right as you look at the Sausage Factory is nice looking. and there is a bus stop opposite: better for smaller units for flats IMO.

Trying to sell it for £500k more than the most expensive property in the area has ever sold for before.

Beeny said they might have to sell it at a massive loss just to shift it. She thinks it'd be better if they split it up into several properties.

The woman is uber-annoying.

Just been reminded of why I don't watch this sh1te.

What a pair of muppets. They are expecting someone "just like us" to come along and pay £1.6million for an ex-sausage factory in a rundown area of London.

Greater fools are hard to come by in this market. This can only end one way.
