I'd be more likely to buy one of a few flats in a place called The Sausgae Factory than one of a few hundred in a tower block. I think. Although, I do always think from experience purpose built flats give a better ''living experience'' than conversions. So, contradictory feelings from me. I'm going to have such fun naming a place when we build/buy0 -
