Any people who look like characters out of Wizard of Oz this week :rotfl:
No, but this week we had a 'young looking Gandalf ', (from Lord of the Rings), unfortunately weirdo beardo was no wizard, he looked like breathing was almost beyond him, he was ecstatic at the valuations which gave him a profit:rotfl:, unfortunately, being able to sell the property to realise his profit seemed beyond his mental capacity.0 -

Agreed. All the folk involved were likeable.
The only thing that makes Beeny or the other two watchable, is the intense satisfaction one feels when obnoxious people make complete !!!!!! of themselves.
I wonder if this will be a feature, now success is no longer almost guaranteed by a rising market. Will we have to empathise more and lower our guffaw coefficient?0 -

Off to watch it on catch up.
You won't see much. Most of it shot in winter & she's all wrapped-up. In fact she looks positively ill with cold at one point.
Of course 'the other two' refers to those whose names cannot be uttered on this forum, without afterwards washing out one's mouth with soapy water and uttering three 'Kevin McClouds.':rotfl:0 -

The twins look nice though
I can just imagine the property snakes and ladders production team sitting down with all of the wannabe property experts letters in front of them. "Lets have these ones then" , "Nah, those ones actually have a chance of making some money" ...Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
There seems to be less & less actual content on the show these days. Both houses had a lot of (quite impressive) work done. The more expensive property in particular had a double loft conversion etc - but it was completely ignored except for a 2-second mention at the end of the show.
This is particularly bad production, particularly since they have the very annoying habit of showing the same footage 2-3 times per episode (we really DON'T need to know what's coming "after the break" !!!!!!).
The show seems to be increasingly focussed purely on P&L & less & less to do with the actual development (which is a departure from it's original style). Shame.0 -

Are we talking about these two?

I agree. It's too much 'fluff' these days. They've done the same with Property Ladder like they've done with Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares - cut them down from an hour long to 45 mins. On RKN they used to use the last quarter to revisit the place and see how they were getting on a few months later which was one of the best parts, but now they don't do that and the programme is complete pants. PL is having to chop out 15 mins of 'action' due to it now being 45 mins and hence why it's gone crap. They should just focus on one property at a time if they want to do 45 min progs.
