The other guy was a bit p+ssed, seems he thought value was low.Think it was more in terms of all the unpaid work he'd put in.Official MR B fan club, dont go............................0

Disappointed. The programme should end, and then I log in here to find the Rightmove links, which are then updated on an ongoing basis. Please don't let me down next week. Can't understand why PN has to find a job when she should be full time on this. Laziness.0

£1000/week to summarise and research all property !!!!!! programmes available on my TV, limited to information which can be found freely and in under 10 minutes.
Oh and there were no RM links.
He/she/Newport, South Wales: found a buyer that took the two off their hands, 6 weeks after it went to market, for £235k the pair (making them £8k paper profit, so less fees/VAT etc and further interest payments) ... and he had worked on it full-time for 1 year, so he got £8k-munniez. = £0.
Other set, split a wide house into two semis... and (twins) moved into them to become neighbours.0 -
At least the trio have got two nice houses for themselves... I just wonder how long they'll be stuck there for?
If you do all the work yourself through a "downturn" you can end up with a nice house in which to live, as long as you keep your job and DON'T end up with too big a mortgage.0 -
Next week's looks fun!
but, and even two in this must be the quote of the series; Welsh maisonette/basement flat guy "They are worth more; but the market says not". Ermmm....0 -

His problem lay in the fact he's a builder, and kept getting distracted to other work, costly in the end.Official MR B fan club, dont go............................0 -
