We have a cuttlery drawer monster and he/she ets teaspoons. But saying that i once ventured in dh work bag and he had 4 knives, 3 forks, and 7 teaspoons
He is now banned from leaving them in his bag.

Evening all!

Another apology for not having been online. Been working today, and went to vote last night, so haven't been on the comp for a bit. Was tired after doing those 3 applications yesterday avo too.

Have been anti-flying (making a mess) in the kitchen this evening by baking a lemon curd cake for after dinner, although I have more anti-flying to do when it's cooled when I'll be making the lemon curd butter icing for it. It's a recipe that I'm trying for the first time, and has been taken out of one of the supermarket magazines for lemon curd cupcakes, but I've turned it into a sandwich cake. Will let you know how it all turns out.

AnW'sMum thanks for the update on toots, and I've sorted out the request from your PM too this evening.

Hugs to all who need or want one. I've been getting a lot of headaches too rosepink - not sure if it's the weather, me not drinking enough, or my hayfever that are causing mine - a lot of the kids in school have been complaining of having them too, despite them drinking lots of water, and more and more of them seem to be suffering with hayfever too. I'm sure that's caused by the chemicals that are being sprayed in the fields.

Had better go and sort out the mess I've made in the kitchen and put the jacket potatoes in the microwave for dinner. Was naughty and made myself toast when I got in, so wasn't hungry until now.

Enjoy your walk soappie, greenbee & froddy; unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make it, cos Brockenhurst was a bit of a trek for me last time.

Stop nattering mouse, and get on with it! Dear, oh, dear, I'd better leave as your influences are obviously affecting me now, as I'm talking to myself!:p

sexymouse - I'm trying to see whether I can find something that is equidistant between all of us... but it's either a long journey for you and me, or for soappie! Froddy's pretty much OK whichever direction we go in! In fact... if we go to Southampton, it's pretty much the same travel time for each of the rest of us!

I've just worked it out... if you wanted to come and the others are happy, then Romsey looks like the best place to meet. If anyone's got an OS map that covers the area, that would be great otherwise I'll pick one up tomorrow morning. I have a walk that could be shortened slightly...

Work went OKish today... my team are relieved that the work isn't being outsourced as they thought they were all going to be made redundant. I need to forget about it for the weekend and get the house looking like someone lives it in rather than a squat
