Summermoon you have my sympathy, some days you just need a rant!! My OH can be that way sometimes but he doesn't seem to do it intentionally. Tonight he actually said he would cook dinner and when he came out the kitchen he bought me a lovely cold beer knowing i'd had a long first day back at work after our 2 weeks off. He also had bought me a cd on Zavvi he knew i'd like so has made the day better. I'm too tired to fly today but i will be doing some ironing of some shirts for OH's work but other than that it ill be a lazy day :( Bad Tink..! I will try to do some tomorrow and most likely a lot on my day off on Friday.
    mmm..i smell burgers..must be dinnertime!!!
Hope all is well, Hugs to all who need or just want them!!
    Tink xx

Summermoon tell him in no uncertain terms either he moves it or you will. And MOVE means sort, relocate, recycle or chuck. Anything left out or not touched will be sorted and removed by you.

I always say to my dh can't it go in the shed or up the loft. He says it's a loft love not a bl**ding tardis!!!! same with the shed. When he gets his warning believe me he finds a space somewhere. Amazing what you can get on a couple of extra shelves in the shed.

He left it once and i removed the tools from the conservatory and pu them in my neighbours garage. He works nights and our bin comes on Wed am. He put the bin out and when he got up he wanted to know where his tools were. I told him i had put them in the bin. He was furious. He didn't speak to me for a few days. Only when he talked about needing aa drill about a week later did i tell him where his tools were. Well i couldn't tell him straight away could i he wasn't talking to me.

    Driving story
When i was 17 i started taking lessons. I had 13 lessons before my test and i passed. I bought a car and it was a 'T' reg (first time round showing my age here) Mark 2 Escort. First time i came home there was a space that i couldn't get into. I walked in the house chucked my keys at my dad and said 'Go and park me the car please dad ' He asked me if i had had a go and i said 'No'. He got up parked my car and came back in the house. I held my hand out for my keys and dad said calmly ' if you want to drive it learn to park it' and put my keys in his pocket. He kept them for a week!!!
We then went out dad and i in the car and he showed me how to reverse into a tight parking space, how to change a wheel, check oil, tyres and pressures and stuff. As stuff needed doing on my car dad helped. At one point i even changed the fanbelt and all because my dad god rest his soul was good enough to teach me a lesson.
I quite like to reverse into spaces now even if it is to see the look on some peoples faces when i do it ok.

Soappie can i have a star please for kitchen and livingroom with help of DH. A show of 'How clean Is Your House' made him jump into action. We have cats !!!

    Thank You

!!!!!!, do men just NOT SEE when the place is a pigsty!!!!!

And then there is the CONSTANT whinging from DS1 and asking for food, !!!!!! you wont eat the meals I put infromt of you!!! Your getting NO JUNK!!!
No men don't see the mess. At least my DH doesn’t. He is very messy and so I have allocated him “messy areas” – he can have mess in certain places. If the mess spills over, I put it in his messy area, and that way I can cope with it.

And altho I dont have kids, I was brought up to believe that if a child wont eat its dinner it wont get anything else. It wont do him any harm to wait until the next meal time (unless he has health problems that require regular food of course) - and hopefully by then he will eat what you give him. My parents were of the "no eat dinner=no pudding" brigade, and I must say I agree with them! No junk if they wont eat the proper food!
Don’t give up, you are obviously needed in your family. Keep plugging away and you will get there. Hugs to you, I know exactly what you mean

Quillion, well done to your dad. Perhaps that womans husband will teach her to reverse now! He can’t come out from work every time she needs to back up the road!
I like your story about pretending you had thrown your DH’s stuff away. I did that to mine once, he had made such a mess, clothes everywhere and left it for days, so I got out a black bin bag and he said what are you doing. I said “throwing your stuff away, you obviously don’t want it. And we can get rid of your chest of drawers too as you never use it.” He went a bit pale!

Big hugs Jinky, are you ok?

I'm glad you all loved the story about my uncle. I am quite proud of him! I thought the story was hilarious, I couldnt believe it when mum told me!

I've still not done anything - seeing mum wore me out! I had a great nap this afternoon and DH cooked dinner, so I will definately wash up in a minute. As I did so much flying yesterday I don't feel bad about not doing much today.

    Plan for today.

[STRIKE]Washing - got one on now
    Ironing - done some[/STRIKE]
    Mop floor
    S&S kitchn + dishes
    [STRIKE]Put ironing/washing away[/STRIKE]

Got till 3pm to do what I can get done, then.

    [STRIKE]Go to DS2's meeting at nursery (3.40pm)
    Butcher for dinner
Get money for DS1 trip on Friday (no school tomorrow due to voting)
    Collect DS1
    Home and dinner[/STRIKE]

The ironing wore me out, but I need to do the kitchen and remember that I have a pot of mine cooling on the cooker to go in the freezer.

    Tomorrow

More washing and putting away (avoiding making an ironing pile)
    Mop floor
Midwife at 3.30pm (try not to be sent to assessment unit)
Have a serious look at the kids room
    Wash and dry baby clothes

haven't had chance to catch up since left work but kazwookie just walked in on DD2 having s3x with boyfriend!!! I went back round the corner, told her what was for tea and did she want some. she said yes and asked boyfriend if he wanted some tea. He could hardly answer as he was that embarrassed!! We were laughing like nutters. She's 19 at the end of the day. And we have always bin open, DD1 has walked in on us before now. Said to him that I bet he doesn 't go home till we are in bed, but he was bitting the pillow in embarrassment and couldn't answer, but hey ho it's a natural thing.
Bet Laura (DD1) sits at kitchen table for her tea and he will be in her room under the covers!!
    Hugs to all xx

I have done no flying as DD had an accident in her car. I went out to give her some moral support. She is fine but shocked and upset, car is crumpled. We had a long wait for the breakdown vehicle.

Luckily I prepared dinner last night for tonight. Now for some very rapid flying. Anyone for a HHC from 5-5.30

    Poor DD!!

My DH came home shaking today, his bus slid out on oil on the road. Straight road, but a sheer drop to his side. It was a bus full of school kids too. Nobody was hurt thankfully. He stopped and mentioned it to a police car that was sitting and was told 'aye, we radioed someone but we don't have cones'. And that was it! You would have expected them to atleast go and do some traffic control till 'someone' arrived but that would have meant getting out and doing something.
