Just a very quick check in. I haven't had chance to do anything today, not been home except for about an hour earlier this evening. Just got back home now.
I'll have to carry over today's Level 1 and do it with tomorrow.

I did do my strength training though so that's 3 days out of the 5 (so far) on my MACAW for this week :)

    Well done Looby-Loo!

Carsberggal - I've added you again!

I'm off to bed shortly. I've decided I've been getting into dangerous habits of staying up late and getting up late. I need to curb this in the bud.

Much cooler here this evening so sleeping might actually be pleasant again. I know BB is much chirpier this evening.

jjef - thanks for the update and thanks to you and SSL for going to visit on our behalf :T

ETA emily - great to hear from you; glad things are going well

I have deleted the text but I feel rude for ignoring it and am also a little worried that'll end up in a heated 'discussion' at work if she's that determined, or really can't see what's wrong!

    I guess I need a list for tomorrow .............

You feel like that because you are such a nice person. You are not being rude ignoring her, you need to think of yourself. She is the rude one, especially if she can't see what she's done wrong. She should apologise for involving you in her infidelity. Until she does that she doesnt deserve your attention in my opinion. If she wants to argue with you at work then say that you are working and dont want to deal with personal issues in wrk time. Or perhaps it would be better to have it out with her! Just do what you feel is best!

Froddy - Rose is right. You're not being rude... she's the one that had the bad manners to involve you in the first place. If she tries to initiate discussion at work, block her by being polite & professional - it's your workplace, and its not appropriate for you to discuss personal things. Explain that you're busy, and walk away. If she pushes it, be clear - I'm sorry, I don't have time to discuss this, and I don't think it's appropriate to bring my personal life into the workplace. (Then find a cupboard to hide in until you're fully recovered from being mean!)
