Short Term Challenge

That gave me a laugh! I popped back on to say that, to add insult to injury, I can't find my camera .... so I'm going to have to cancel one of the mystery shops I've got planned for tomorrow, they want a photo of the shop, and I can't do it. My phone has a camera on, but I don't know how to t/f a photo onto the laptop - and in my present mood, I wouldn't be, lets say, receptive, to learning how to do it. Bwugger of a day. Again.

Well, not wonderful today - I have a lurgy, since Thursday, thats slowly getting stronger and stronger. I've cancelled two mystery shops today because of that. So, today:

- one other mystery shop, one I've done regularly.
- buy cornflakes! I depend on cornflakes!
- write a letter to Sky.
- cancel a newsletter thingy.
- slope about in the bath for a while.

I am sorry that you are not feeling well big hugs to you.

Tried to get my Lanzarote account online over the weekend following your good example but failed so I have reapplied as we initially did this 4 years ago and never used the codes so they have probably all changed so hopefully that will get sorted and I will have better control of that account. So thank you for the kick up the bum I needed :T

Enjoy your bath I love bath lingering but don't get much chance.

DT - you're right, those codes run out, that happened to me with my UK credit card. We have to follow up on these things, sigh ..... just off to do the remaining mystery shop now, back V V soon

You're out to do a mystery shop with the lurgy? You're a braver woman than me.
Lurgy = bed/hot water bottle/alarm in pieces where it hit wall/DH running round as butler in my book.

Hi Z - its mostly a sore throat, and I feel really tired. It hasn't stopped me working, or going to that seminar on Saturday for CPD, but apart from that I'm just laying down and reading Harry Potter books.... I've just come back from the m/shop, tho, will have to input it before I start work tonight. I think I've started to run a bit of a temperature too - tho that might be just me overheating, the weather's so weird I'm not sure what to wear!

Hi ClootiesMum! Welcome! I'd love to go to bed, tbh - but I'm self employed, and this was an easy m/shop I've done a million times before, no contest really. And I needed cornflakes, my addiction has to be fed - some of the best cheapo ones are Sainsbury.

Well you be careful - loads of stuff going round at the moment. Not only chicken pox you can catch twice, but swine/bird/bloke flu...

Something light weight but waterproof. Not sure what fits that bill apart from a PVC catsuit, but there you go...
