This is really stupid o'clock to have done this, and I'm *sure* I'll regret it in about ten minutes, when I try to go to sleep - but I have *****finally****** managed to put my French mortgage online! Even my English mortgage isn't online! I'm tres impressed. And oh ****, I forgot to look for the whole reason to do it, whether overpayment is allowed, and whats the penalty. I'd better log in again - feels very self important

Found it .... " Ce montant ne prend pas en compte les op!rations en cours ni les indemnit!s !ventuellement dues en cas de remboursement anticip! du prêt, telles que pr!vues dans l'offre de prêt. Cette information ne peut en aucun cas remplacer un d!compte de remboursement anticip!."
"This total (the E64772.32 that I owe after the next payment) does not take into account transactions in currently in progress, nor indemnities eventually due in case of ... wait for it repayment before the due date of the mortgage, as is described in the mortgage document. In any cae, this information cannot in any way replace a detailed breakdown of the early repayment."
So:
1. I don't understand that last bit.
2. There *are* charges for early repayment. Blast. Oh well, I knew there would be really.
Also: my extinction pr!visionnelle (sounds very ominous in French!!!) is 25 August 2019.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Hi KC
Just taken a break from the smut contest to congratulate you on your success tonight. Wow....I cant; understand the UK mortgage T's and C's....let alone them being written in French.

Thanks Wol! I *loved* that smut contest, how I wish I could muck about like that (:) muck being the operative word, I suppose) but I'm useless at it. Still, every smut contest needs an admiring audience somewhere along the line, and I can do that

Hi there Shaun! Um, I just found out where that first download went to ... ahem ..... it went to my Desktop! I was starting to wander about all over the computer, and suddenly saw 3 x new logos - I downloaded it 3 times to try to make it go to a folder I wanted
so at least I have the first one now.... I'm off into town for a bit quite soon, so I'll check and see if the library has any films I want, and test it out on them.
You missed a good old dollop of smut on Wol's thread, Z was on form :rotfl:Pepe and Bob are good too, of course.
That journey .... oof, its a long one, there's no doubt. The only plus is that you might be able to get a really cheap rate in a comparatively out of the way place. I hope so, anyway.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Aw, that sounds nice

Embarrassingly, I didn't get a library DVD - I just didn't have time. And when I got back, I ate some lunch and fell asleep
:o:o I've got a work meeting thats due to start any time now.
I could hop to the local library tomorrow (its only open 3 days a week :rotfl:) to get one tho, but I won't be able to *do* it till Sunday. I hardly do anything, why does my life feel so crowded  2023: the year I get to buy a car0
