Thanks, Roz. Duh!!! I have the same set of instructions on the back of the bottle, which I managed to miss somehow!
Will try it later this week and post the results. Thanks again.0 -

I poured my star drops into an old Cif bottle. I still prefer the smell of Vif but find the Stardrops more useful in a spray than the bottle it comes in. I haven't diluted it but find it a bit too soapy so perhaps I should.
I turned round the other day to find DS pouring all my washing up liquid into the sink. Whereas before I woudl have replaced the liquid that day I decided to try stardrops. Four sprays is plenty to wash up, I think I will use it instead of washing up liquid from now on.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
Is this thread heading for the record as the one with the most posts LOL0

I was surprised to find Stardrops was made by the same peeps as Zoflora. I've used Zoflora for years.
Anyway, after finally tracking some Stardrops down, I spent yesterday cleaning and I was quite impressed by the ease of use. (No swapping bottles for different things.)
One thing I wasn't overly impressed with was my mirror, after cleaning it with a well wrung out cloth with stardrops and then buffing with some kitchen roll, it still seemed a little smeary. In fact I ended up going to get my Mr Muscle glass cleaner and going over it again.
Apart from that though, I do think I'll use this from now on.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Thank you all for convincing me to purchase this wonderfull liquid gold! I bought mine in Asda Coryton - even though I knew what it looked like /I very nearly missed it on the shelf despite searching.
Like many others, initially I wasn't wowed by it (almost dissapointed!) - until I later came back to the room and lo and behold everything was gleaming! My cooker sparkles, my dulled worksurfaces and floor have a sheen - and glass is dazzling! Believe me, this has never been the case before. Now that everything looks so good after it's done I'm keener to do the cleaning - and I'm no domestic goddess!
My favourite bit is the laundry. I use a mix of 1 wash tab, 1/4 cup of soda crystals and few drops of stardrops. Not only does it get more stains out than anything else, but the clothes all seem 'cleaner'. I can't quite explain this, but it is really noticeable - everything looks 'fresher'. Initially I put a few drops in the drawer and a dab on the really bad stains. This time I forgot to treat the stains and it all still came out perfect! Doesn't work on ink type - but then I wouldn't expect that.
So, again thank you all for recomending this product - it really does work, and has helped me enormously!!!

Being a self confessed tightwad, I too have joined the ranks of stardrops and microfibre cloths army!
I have a rescue dog and one of the left-over problems we have with him is his submissive weeing (also when he is excited or not sure what is going on) hence my carpets suffer terribly at times. I've used all manners of things to try and clean up after him but certain areas were marked BADLY to the point that I was going to hire a carpet cleaner and shuffle furniture about ...... so thought I've nothing to lose but try this stuff on it first. Well, I'm gob-smacked to the point I'm giving away my other carpet cleaners and fresheners! It's not completely stain free now but I just can't believe how great it's done it. :T
Having used my new white microfibre cloths too, they were filthy so bunged them in the machine with a mix of washing powder and soda crystals and they are white again!! :j
I have arthritis in many areas of my body but this stuff makes cleaning so effortless for me too ..... thanks to everyone who's posted and convinced me to try this wonder liquid!0 -
I HAVE EVENTUALLY FOUND SOME TODAY AT IN-STORE!
Am very excited, off to clean now!

I've just bought Zoflora Lavender and Spring Fresh in Poundland, which may not be a great price, but I've been having trouble finding it recently.0
