ONE YEAR TO COMPLETE - WRONG ROOF - NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ERRORS - DWARF WALLS SQUINTY & THEIR NOT THE SAME SIZE AS EACH OTHER.
MAYBE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE ALRIGHT BUT WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF US WHO HAVE RECEIVED SHODDY WORK FROM CONTRACTORS CANTERBURY CONSERVATORIES CHOSE TO SELL THROUGH.
LEAVING CUSTOMERS WITH LITTLE OR NO HOPE OF GETTING THE WORK COMPLETE TO A "REASONABLE" STANDARD OR ANY MONEY BACK SO THEY CAN GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY.
The installation team I got were anything but professional. Continuing to do work that was poor and this was at the instruction of the Glasgow office of Canterbury Conservatories.
Mr Paul Clarke is as dishonest as the people he used to work for.we were one of his customers and it is terrible that this company is still doing business!0 -
Why are you using my quote - did nobody take notice!0

Canterbury conservatories??!! Nobody as dishonest as Tim Orchard and Bob Docker, however you must be aware of K2 coservatories who is supporting them despite they dissociated long time ago. I am talking about Bill Kenyon, from K2 conservatories who is corrupted to the eyeballs. He is covering them big times. I think someone above him should know!!!!!!! Wait until Cowboy trap will get hold of them all. they'll be on TV !!!!! K2 should pay for them!!!!!
They vanished no trace of them anywhere!!!! I Wonder what name they are going to be reborn under!!!?????:eek:0 -
I tried to warn people back in 2009 - they didn't tell us another company Crystal Canopies would be building it.
IT TOOK OVER 12mths TO GET RIGHT - we didn't get the design we choose - more like the cheapest they thought they could build with
our £15,0000 -
There's a Mr Robert Docker who's applied as agent, for various conservatory planning permissions around the UK in the past 6 months. Is he the same 'Bob Docker' mentioned through this post? Now based at "The Bull Pen", 5 Anslow Park, Main Road, Anslow, Staffordshire, DE13 9QE. I'm not entirely sure what the name of the company he's with though as there's not usually a company name attached to the applications. But he did use this latest address on several applications in London Boroughs of Ealing, Hillingdon, Merton and Birmingham areas.
However in a Swale Council application from July 2010 there is another Robert Docker applying for planning permission for a conservatory. This Robert Docker is using 3 Swaffield Pary, Hyssop Close, Cannock, Staffs, WS11 7FU. Could these be the same? They're only 27 miles apart by road. It doesn't strike me as a common name and the conservatory's tie them all together.
I'm afraid that unless the law around companies trading under numerous names, sub-contracting etc are tightened up in the UK we're all lain open to be robbed by unscrupulous traders and their carefree approach to ditching customers once they've taken their money.
Take care everyone....0 -
Hi
I know this is an old thread, but has anyone had any luck claiming from canterbury conservatories?.
Our conservatory box gutter has sprung a leak, I have contacted my credit card company under section 75 but they have said because the deposit was paid to K2 Glass which I was never told about when I gave the sales person my card details, there is nothing they can do?.
Does anyone have any suggestions what I should do apart from contacting my insurance company?.0
