Hehe, who do you support?
I know they want to sell them in work, but they want me to do it during my work hours (I work here full time) so I dont actually get any money from it!
I'm going to ask if I can do it as a supplier and sell them to them and then they sell them on.
I personally hate football. My hubby supports one club as he worked for them but we live in a different county so he gets tons of stick. I just think that they would sell quite well. Looked on ebay for new baby football stuff but there isn't much for theses teams as not in in the top leaque ( like i know what i 'm talking about):rotfl::)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -

Hi
How I do mine and find it easiest especially when you are first making them, sit the bottom layer on a cake board (Asda 10" 68p) then in the centre I use a tall item such as a bottle or talcum powder (round is easiest) this then gives you a middle for your second tier and makes the whole structure much more sound (if that makes any sense lol). The third tier can then just rest on top of the second, then just top off with your soft toy or whatever you are using. Then when the whole thing is wrapped in cello it is much firmer. HTH

Hi Carly
Have you heard of AEC in Stoke - they are on the Wolstanton business park (by Asda, Homebase and Matalan) they are only open to trade but they sell cake boards for 33p + VAT.

This is my latest 3 tier - it contains - Vest, Booties, Scratch Mits, 2 x Bibs, Vest, Baby Bath, Baby Lotion, Wipes, Rattle, Brush & Comb Set, Blanket, Muslin Cloth, Nappies, 3 x Socks, 2 x Weaning Spoons, 2 x Wash Cloths
I found some great bargains yesterday - Ethan Austin had a Hat, Bootie, Scratch Mitten, 2 x Vests set reduced from £5 to £3.50, they also had 5 pairs of plain white socks for £1.500 -
Can anyone remember if it was on this new thread or the old thread that a company offered a discount code for cake boxes?

i'm not sure exactly what you mean but this is what i do - i roll each nappy into a sausage shape and secure individually with a band then stand all the sausages up on their ends and secure them all together with a larger band shaping them into a circle, i make 3 different circles of nappies with the biggest for the bottom and smallest for the top tier. place the biggest on your cake board then you can take out nappies from the circle and fill the space left with your other ingredients like clothes or toiletries it helps to fold these to the same height of your nappies. if you place a baby bottle or perhaps a large bottle of shampoo or talc etc place it right in the middle of the bottom tier this will poke up higer than the height of your nappies and makes the middle of the second tier wich also helps to hold the cake together and make the whole thing more solid.
does that help? lol i'm useless at explaining things0
