    You could use an empty gift box and fill it with baby bits and bobs, then cover it as part of the cake.

    Popkins, Gorgeous cakes! I love the 2 tier blue one. where did you get the clothes (is it a top?) and bib? Looks lovely with the coffee coloured ribbon.

    Daisy606, You could use paper plates or plastic party plates. Just depends how heavy its going to be.

    thanks moonpenny - it was a while ago but I think I got the clothes from Asda in one of their sales - it was a set consisting of a babygro, vest and bib - bery cute! :)

    thanks - again it was a while ago but I got the scratchmits from Boots in one of their sales! :) Not sure they do those ones anymore!

    I've done loads of cakes but never bought a cake board yet. I use a circle cut out of strong cardboard or hardboard.
