Get contributions to pension, private health care. I'm pretty happy with this arrangement! Ps didn;t go to uni - so just want to say its possible to get a good job without a degree.

What company do you work for may I ask?
    A top 4?
  • I'm a Payroll Officer. 20k per annum for full time based on 35 hour week (Flexitime between 8am and 6pm) I currently am working half time (18.5 hours) I get 25 days Holiday plus 8 bank holidays plus 3.5 days extra shut between Christmas Eve pm and New Year :j . Sick pay is 3 Months Full Pay 3 Months Half Pay. Maternity is 6 weeks full pay, 20 weeks Half pay plus SMP then 13 weeks SMP.

I am in the Company stakeholder pension it used to be 6% of salary Employer only Contributions but since April 2009 If I put 3% in they match it (so 12% of salary now goes in).

Also we have a Family Friendly policy so if my child is ill I can have up to 1 week of parental leave (in a rolling 12 Month period).

We don't have glitzy work partys or bonus's but I love the flexabilty of my job and meet some great people who toil relentlessly for causes they believe in often with little or no cash reward. :D
