Together: about £250/week after tax. I need £100 per week more. Trying to set up a proper cleaning business. Also doing a bookkeeping course , home study.
Don't worry about it Amara, everyone has different lives and different priorities. I've not ever been very career minded person and have just 'fallen into' many off my jobs.

first paid job was 3.24 per hour after uni...
now self employed, its a considerable more than that amount now.
I have been lucky enough before going self employed to have my salary double twice in the last five years.
For all the people out there who are struggling. It will get better thats for sure. I used to work 60 hours per week, in an extremely stressful job. Work hard and always look to learn and become better in what you do, you will go far.
sometimes its about being in the right place at the right time but all your hard work will pay off one day.0 -
