four colour printer in Manchester, £22,000 not had a pay raise in three years, no overtime. Didn't get a raise in last job for two years. Left my last job to take this one for less money because i was told i would get a raise each year. Now i earn less money than i did six years ago but have two extra mouths to feed. Can't retrain due to unable to afford a course!!
