Im 34 married and got 3 kids, I am self employed as a registered childminder, i get £3 an hour per child and can have 3 fulltime and 2 holidays and after school, in an ideal world being full can be a good wage :)

Dh is self employed but is doing very poor this year as his work is fly tying so it seems this year people have cut back on their spending on hobbies :(

I save on my childcare but downside is long hours, lots of paperwork and extra training at evenings and weekends :)

The best bit is because i am on a low wage i am able to funding through ou for my foundation degree
