production worker / sideloader driver in timber yard.

£15k per year basic, used to be £20k with bonuses but due to the recession the building trade not buying our bonuses have been slashed. some people are very dissapointed about this, but im happy that i still have a job.

I work as a Customer Service Advisor for a mail order clothing company.

I'm 27 and earn £14,900 plus we get a quarterly performance bonus which is based on call monitoring and attendance; it works out at 7% of your annual salary so I get about £255. On top of that is a clothing allowance which goes up by £100 each year (currently £700). Holiday is bank holidays plus 22 days (goes up by one day a year).

This job is too easy and boring; looking for something different and hoping to break the £20k barrier. Graduated four years ago but it appears to have been a waste.

When things seem there very bleakest it takes someone truly remarkable to stand up and face the day head on and then to get up the next day and carry on.
