this is £10 less vat reduction 0.22 plus delivery 3.95.

I make that £3.73 so it does unfortunately include the 0.22 vat reduction on the product making the product value £9.78 under the £10 spend the voucher requires.
They way they have applied this is extremly missleading to customers something I have already highlighted to them and something others should also highlight.
I don't know if one could argue the original price is £10 so it should be against this and not the price with vat reduction applied ???

if you look at the receipt it says:
£10 o2 dongle
-£10 voucher
£0 SUB TOTAL
-£0.22 VAT
£3.95 P&P
TOTAL £3.73

I'm not bothered either way as £14 isn't bad. They sell on ebay for more than £14.

Well i havnt recived the refund either, If i return it will they refund the full amount including the postage?

I'm unconcerned about the VAT reduction. I agreed to a price. They confirmed my order at that price and sent me a confirmation as such.

I have also received an email confirming that the refund will be made ten days after dispatch.

If it doesn't appear I will contact my CC company with copies of the correspondence. So I'll will pay £3.73 or nothing. LD's choice.

Remember that refunds usually don't appear on a cc statement till the next statement is issued, Only way for the impatient is to phone cc company and ask.

If the discount doesnt get honoured this isnt such a good deal as the Three Dongles for £4.95. I've easily unlocked mine for free and using Vodafone and O2 sims in it.

I may well send mine back under distance selling rgs for refund if the discount doesnt come through. Gonna give Cust Serv my Victor Meldrew treatment first!

No, if you have online access you can see it within days of it being applied. If it's not there on the eleventh day, I shall follow up promptly.

My attitude is I expect Littlewoods to charge me (nett ie charge less refund) what the confirmation says which is £3.73. If the item was below the value of the voucher then the voucher discount wouldn't have appeared on the confirmation email

My order confirmation states -
If you have paid for your order with a credit or debit card then we will process your payment in two stages. First we will charge your card with the full price of the order then we will refund your card with the value of the discount. Please note that the payment and refund may not occur simultaneously but the refund will be made no later than when your order is despatched.
So no mention of 10 days.
