We park across the road, in another road leading to some flats (they have their own car parks so don't use the bit we park on) or there is parking further up the road, and in other side roads.
It's do-able, just a bit of aggro if you have shopping and kids to manage. We've been managing it for months, but I can see why it would put buyers off.

Why would you need a third as a run around? why cant you use one of your other cars as a run around? Are they trucks/vans or something?
Sorry just my curious mind.0 -
Um, Az was just saying in that post that she's sold the third one .... tho the query as to why there was *ever* a third one still applies, I guess :rotfl: over to you Az, sock it to us2023: the year I get to buy a car0

We've got a viewing on Sunday through a new agent - the second viewing in 3 months!
We've ordered new carpets today - hubby is painting all the rooms -we've dropped the price to £15,995 from £16,995.
The kitchen already looks nicer after a fresh coat of paint and some tiles around - it's not bad.
We're doing all we can on our side I just hope that once it's all done that we get new pictures out and hopefully some offers!!0 -

I was feeling lazy - what can I say...it should read £159,9950 -
And failing that, go for the cheapest. If you're going to be getting rubbish service, you might as well pay a little for it as a lot
Hehe
A prime example of rubbish service - I handed my current EA their 21-day notification for termination of contract last night and rather than ask why I was leaving or if there was anything they could change about their service, their reply was:
"Oh. OK."0 -

Hi Heffsta,
It was the second car till DH bought a 7 seater for work not so long ago...so until we sold it over the weekend, it was the 'run-around' car

Good riddance to bad rubbish Detour, get someone more 'on-the-ball' to market and sell your house. An enthusiastic agent that works for their money can do wonders to help get people through the door and sell the house.

We had a viewing on the 23rd, no feedback once again. 3 viewings with our EA and its the 3rd time it's happened. Apparently this time its some couple moving up from London to live closer to family and viewing a lot of properties. Snooty woman on the phone when I called ''it's not just you Mrs ....., I have 10 other people wanting feedback too''. Just about had enough!0
