Help! I've overlooked £20 of Reward vouchers which just expired on 30th November. Is there anything I can do about these?
The website says "Unused and in date rewards tokens can be returned to us for a Clubcard Points refund". So it looks like these are lost forever?0 -
I have got 2000 points in my clubcard account that has not yet been converted into coupon yet. is there a way I can use the 2000 points before the deadline tonight? thanks0

To answer the last question first - no, you can't use the points only the vouchers.
But strange that yhu already have 2000 points since the last cut-off on the 27th Nov!! Did you get vouchers in Nov (for period ending 23r Oct)? Have you moved? Do Clubcard know your current address? If they have had mail returned e.g. wrong address, then no more mail gets sent out, the points accumulate - they are not converted into vouchers - until the address is veryfied and corrected.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I tried to order Family Tree Maker last night before it goes up from £15 to £19. It took my voucher codes after about 30 minutes of waiting for the site to respond while I was putting my codes in then when I pressed confirm it took me back to the home page and said please try again. I started the whole process again with the same result then gave up and went to bed. Now I've just tried again and it said I've used my vouchers but I've got no confirmation email, yet I've just odered a magazine subscription for my daughter with my remaining vouchers and I've got the confirmation email for that. I've contacted Tesco by email and explained the situation but I don't know if I'll get anywhere. How good are they at sorting out problems like this? I've never had the need to do so before.0

So when you say 'reward vouchers' you mean they relate to a 'Deal' rather than the ordinary cash vouchers? Well no harm in ringing Tesco Freetime, but be prepared for 'no'.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Saw on another post that Clubcard are open today at 11.00 (they don't usually work on a Sunday), rather than wait for an email reply - ring. Sounds like the vouchers have got 'stuck' in the system and they need to be reset for you to use.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Yes, I requested them as restaurant rewards that got put in a drawer till this changeover when I've been checking what I've got. I'll phone and report the outcome.0 -

Tesco have kindly told me to return the expired reward vouchers (suggested to send by recorded delivery) for them to be returned to my account (at the old value, not the reduced one). Good news.
I entered all £150 worth of my other vouchers to get 4 times the value. Hope I can find £600 worth of holiday/travel/day out offers that are a good saving! It seems as if a lot of the holidays aren't such a good deal as it's always possible to get them much cheaper that the brochure prices. It's a pity Center Parcs withdrew from the scheme, especially as it's not possible to undercut their prices.0 -

That's my worry - so far, I've only got £400 off a Cosmos holiday for three people, and I'm not at all convinced I won't find one with someone else which is that much cheaper anyway! I'm not going to book until I get my next vouchers (in March) though, so I'll have some more towards it...
I think I've got about £30 of tokens coming my way any day now, it would have been a great help to be able convert it at 4x, but looks like it's too late now, they're still not on the website.0
