Nothing to do with the 'change' Tesco did a 'surprise' Christmas mailing last year, this year they did an extra at Easter time, and again now for Christmas.

Do we know they're actually doing it this Christmas? If they are, the vouchers should be showing up online, and so far there's no sign of them. :o

I can tell it's offline because when I try to visit the site it says The Tesco Wine by the Case Website is currently undergoing planned maintenance work.

We're in the process of making some improvements and hope that you will be pleased with the results.

We're due to be back up and running on Monday with even more great offers on Wine by the case. Please visit again then.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused - we look forward to delivering to you soon.

Edit - although it works on IE

But it wont let me use my vouchers on anything

oh they've limited it to finest

How odd, I can get their website to work with firefox, tried last night & today & it's worked for me. No messages at all, although I'm not trying to use vouchers. Their 'phone line is ringing this morning but their recorded message today says they don't open until 0900 wheras their website clearly says 0800.

Will keep trying to rearrange my delivery...

I think it was always limited to just the finest wines, which is probably why most of it is now out of stock!
& as for some happy ending I'd rather stay single & thin :D

Ha, they're not daft. They wont release these until AFTER the deadline has passed to trade them in at the higher value. ;)

Yeah, looks like it won't happen.

But I will still check online each day up to the 6th December - any company can be daft/incompetent enough to do it, even if they are not planning to. Just takes a few bored IT staff over the weekend to not look at instructions properly and put the codes up a day or two early.

Unlikely, and not megabucks anyway, (in my case vouchers to come of around £50, hence the difference of 4x to 3x is worth £50), but worth a look.

    ;)

Typical my wine vouchers are valid until Sunday and the tesco wine by the case is now offline until Monday.

Tesco have extended the period you have to spend your vouchers to the 12th December. You still have to double them up/exchange them by the 5th but have another week for spending according to someone I spoke to at Tesco Customer Service.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

It was Tesco Customer Service and Direct who told me on the phone. Maybe the stores haven't been informed (Sounds about right for Tesco:cool:).

Your cat will be pleased it is going to be fed over christmas, you did well to get your priorities right;)

Interesting that you've heard the 12th, I've only heard the 8th, but agree that the extension is for the spending, not for the conversion.
