I have some deals tokens that I converted in June but I now won't be able to use (they expire next month). Is there any way I can get them recredited to my account and if so how would I go about it? I'm going to read through some threads to try and find the answer but would be grateful if anyone could help me out. TIA:)

Send them back to Tesco Freetime - others who have done it here advocate using recorded delivery post.

please could anyone help with double the differance online, i am trying to convert tokens to £30 in tokens ie: £15 to £30 how do i do it? when i put £15 pound tokens in it does not double up? it's driving me:mad:

The Voucher Exchange consists of two sections - one is where you convert a £5.00 voucher to £ and the other a £10.00 voucher to £20.00. Now you have £15.00 so you can't use it all in a category belonging to the £10.00 voucher exchange.
You can therefore, convert it into 3 x £5.00 voucher exchange, or 1 x £10.00 + 1 x £5.00 voucher exchange according to the different sections that apply to those vouchers.

Ive only used £15's worth so far,but got a £60 kenwood toaster...original price was £60...now reduced to £30,but with double up points i got it for £15..extra bargain...think im going for double up on christma PJ's next.

Please can anyone help? I've spent what seems like days....trying to work out the Tesco xmas exchange system....and when the penny finally dropped that I needed to convert my vouchers into ecoupons....I've now gone and messed up! I put in £40 worth of vouchers which I now realise has doubled into £80 and the phone I was buying is only £49.99 - I thought it was doubling up as I entered, I just got so confused in the end as I was entering loads of small vouchers. I rang Tesco and they said that it's tough.....now I've converted them into ecoupons, I'm stuck with them and they have to be used by 05/12! Does anyone know how I can work round this? Do I just order the product and then take back to the store for a refund on a giftcard? This has driven me insane and I've wasted so much time, I'll stick with the normal clubcard rewards in future.

Please if anyone give me some advice how to get the surplus money back, I would be so grateful.

(And can you only use the ecoupons on items which list the Big exchange blurb underneath the item. When I looked at the phones, some had the blurb underneath, some didn't - I'd ring Tesco again but it took me 20 minutes just to get through.....)

My Rewards tokens arrived today (ordered on the 11th, so pretty quick delivery).

Interestingly, although I chose one particular restaurant and that restaurant is named in the covering letter, it's not specified on the tokens themselves. The wording says only When redeemed in participating Restaurants this token is towards food...

Presumably this means I could use them in any of the restaurants listed on the site, which is a nice bonus if true.
