does anyone still have a copy of the full (claims loan pack) from kerobo as my credit card company need this to hopefully i can get some of my money back

I take it that you havent realised yet that trying to get debts wiped out was just a scam by the claims companies and that is why the MoJ has been shutting them down by the bucket load (unfortunately, the start up rate is similar too)

    thanks lenny
  • Did you get the copy that you were after?
  • yea lifestyle claims have contacted me today, asking if i had a credit card or any relation who could pay the £200 administration fee before they can send me details out for them to act for me, i see from above that they dont have solicitors of their own and the ones they have mentioned have nothing really to do with them. they also told me that they have a government number CRM16588, does anyone know where i could go to see if this number is a actual legal one. i dont believe nowadays all these people who say they can help only if they can have a amoun t up front. i did aske them to take it out all this money that i'm going to get at the end, but they said they cant do that, how convenient.

Already answered on your duplicate post. Please dont post the same question multiple times on different threads as you create mutliple conversations on the same thing. Also, its best to start a new thread rather than hijack someone elses unless your subject is the same (which it isnt in this case).

  • In September 2008 Kerobo got in touch with me and they informed me they could sort out my difficulties with Welcome Car Finance who are trying to take another £3,000 from me even though they had returned and all payments were dealt with.

I had to pay Kereobo £500 which I did. It took them 3 months to even start the process and finally they told me that ATM Solicitors who deal with the matter.

ATM Solicitors said that I had an extremely having this matter sorted out, but demanded extra monies. I told them that Kerobo received the funds from me. After 9 months of waiting, despite telephone calls. ATM said they couldnt deal with my case, unless I paid them another £600. They also told me they are not dealing with Kerobo anymore.

After two years of waiting, I now need to find another solicitors to deal with this matter, even though I am not a rich man.

My advice to all of you is not to trust either of them. They are both a bunch of crooks. I have also decided to contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority about this, but no doubt nothing will be done about it.

Maybe they could understand your instructions in the same way your post makes no sense at all.

How is it you feel hard done by that you are unable to walk away from your debts scott free??

If you have a problem with Welcome (I have no idea what you are trying to say about them), have you followed Welcome's complaints procedure first before throwing money away at these guys simply taking advantage of your totally blinkered greed??

Summary for Apples is that the poster thought they could get out of paying their debts by using a claims company and in their attempt to scam the lender, they got scammed themselves by a now closed claims company.

I've posted on these type of threads before, I find it amazing these people are using the protection the credit card gives them, to fight for a refund from the people they paid to avoid repaying the credit card company.
