Follow on milk was only invented as a way to market formula to parents when the promotion of first milks was banned... They're all packaged the same deliberately so people don't notice the difference...
Congratulations for feeding so long Rmac
Thanks for the photographer tip 3, my Aunt lives over that way, although I'll doubt she'll want her photos done while she's still having chemo... I wonder if he'd wait for her hair to grow back lol... We just had family portraits done, they're online here but you'll need to pm me for the password if you wanna seeA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Hiya,
Erm... bit controversial given what others have said, but I was thinking of using follow on for 2 reasons, it's more nutritionally dense, so if the solids are over-filling, he'll get more calories from it with a less full tummy, and also it contains iron, which I'll try to include in his solids, but I think it can be a bit hit and miss if they really don't like the new flavour you've introduced that day!
Obviously there's a slight money-saving incentive too.

I had to give Charlotte an urgent lesson on the pronunciation of the word mince. She was eating her tea and said "mmm eating the minge":rotfl:
I'm not keen on the toddler milks aimed at 12+ months either. They can just have cow's milk at that age and I too think it's just aimed at keeping parents spending on formula milk for longer.
With having a big gap between the boys and Charlotte, I've noticed that the pull up nappy pants go up to much bigger sizes than when the boys were little. I've wondered if that is just to keep children in nappies longer to make more profits for the nappy companies. Here I go again on my own....0
