elle, the nurses told us to tell everyone that Dylan wasnt allowed to be handled for 2 days as he was used to sterile surroundings !! Just cuz I was complaining that MIL was going to be waiting for us at our house and I couldnt be !!!!!d to even see her !!
Could you try something like that? Or just be blunt and tell her to go away :)

I have to sleep in jammies... Love dossing in them too... Gets annoying when you have to get dressed at 3pm just to go down the school though!

I've got a problem with Caitlyn and the crib... 3 times I woke up last night and she was wedged up one side with her arm poking through the bars... I kept putting her back in the middle but she was shuffling back... Hubby said it's because she's trying to get to our bed... I don't know what to do really, I was hoping she'd stay in it a while because it's so small and neat and I can have my bedside table still... If I have to move her into the cotbed then I'll have a lot less room...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Next time she does that either don't answer the door or close it in her face. I would... (seriously I would... I have NO time for people like that... relatives or not!)

Krystal, I think most babies do that, at least Jasmine did and ylan does it now too, I think there is a comfort thing to feeling something beside them and not having so much space :)

Krystal - I made an extra bumper to go round the rest of the crib so Izzy couldn't get stuck with her arm round the side. (Just a bit of fabric the right size with some padding in the middle, and some ribbons to tie it on) She kept waking up in a panic cause she was stuck, and that solved the problem.

Now she keeps waking up at 90 degree angle with her legs stuck through the bars of the cot because she's a fidget-bum. She doesn't seem to like it when I laugh finding her like that ;)
