Well the whole reason Dylan was in neonatal in Antrim was because of his lungs so breathing is causing me serious panic attacks, but we were told that his lungs were fine when we left hospital, so I really shouldnt be worried !!
Dont think he swallows air when sleeping, but we def get the hiccups if he isnt winded properly - and he is a very hard baby to wind !!!
Also when he gets really bad hiccups, milk comes out his nose which is just freakyThe two best things I have done with my life

I've been Mrs Good-mummy today - and cooked, carrots, butternut squash, sweet potatos and cabbage. My plan was to blend them all seperately and freeze them in ice cube trays - then get her used to each taste on its own, before mixing them to get different meals/tastes!
However - my blasted hand blender has just given up on me! (It is 8 years old!). The blades aren't rotating and its making a strange noise.
Anyone got any recommendations for blenders? Are they all the same, or do the ones packaged as baby ones (and usually more expensive) do anything different?
And/or - will I be able to mash it enough by hand with a masher or fork?:beer:0 -
I think I worry about the breathing because she was 4 weeks early, I was told if she had to go to special care it would be because of her lung development (which was obviously fine) but still worries me. Darach was 10lb 8oz and 10 days overdue, while Sharon was 8lb 13oz and 14 days overdue. Im not used to babies being small and early0
