Mel: i think its generally considered that positive dicipline is what works best for problem children but probably not nesesary for 'normal' children iyswim

Krystal and Susan are you (or did you) let your kiddies self-wean from breastfeeding?
Aimee self weaned shortly before she was 3... It was a really gradual process, she started going days then weeks between feeds until it just stopped and eventually there was no milk when she tried... We were never in any kind of feeding routine, eg I never did a 'final feed at bedtime' and from about 9 months I didn't feed her in the night... I think this time I will probably be a bit more relaxed about night feeds... But I couldn't really pinpoint what makes a good feeding relationship... Most of the babies I've known have been weaned by their Mum at a set age rather than self weaned... I just figured I had enough maternal guilt to worry about without forcing her to wean before she was ready...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Mrs M - mine was on and off for 7 weeks. As MM says - as long as its not fresh, smelly or painful it sounds quite normal.

Weaning off the breast. With DS, I went back to work full time at 4 months, but intended to still feed morning and night........but it didn't work. There didn't seem to be any milk, and he'd get really agitated and fight the boobie! :o
I only managed about 2 weeks b/f with DD1 - it was agony and we just didn't get the hang of it.
And with DD2 - i intend to carry on as long as she wants it. I don't go back to work (IF) til November when she's 10 months - but even then it'll only be part time so hopefully we can carry on til she gives it up herself.

We used to use sticker charts with DD1 - and they worked quite well. But now she's 8 1/2 a sticker doesn't seem so attractive!
Now I find it better to use for example, she's not allowed to play out/go to dancing, if her bedroom isn't tidy on a Saturday morning. Now she's realised that its better to keep her room tidy all week, so she doesn't waste half a saturday cleaning. :T

    Thanks

Its dark red and seems fresh blood. Thanks for the number Sami, I will see how it goes tonight. I have the MW coming in the morning as well.

I just thought it was strange, I had thought I was done with all the impulsive bleeding.

I have been more active this last 2 days as well

Being active made a big difference for me so hopefully is just that. I'll just add that if you pass any clots that are worrying save it in a plastic food bag/container and show MW
