Sunday Solutions is registered with Companies House at:
SUNDAY SOLUTIONS LIMITED
THE MERIDIAN 4 COPTHALL HOUSE
STATION SQUARE
COVENTRY
CV1 2FL
I visited the address today with another victim
The Meridian is an organisation which 'hosts companies'.
The have thousands of clients - most of whom are claimed to be legal.
The service they provide to Sunday Solutions is to receive their post, and forward it on.
No surprise there then.0 -

No. Thanks for doing this.0 -
Fellow victims,
I've started a small action group with no anticipated cost of membership - at the very least until we strike a point where the involvement of professional lawyers and/or accountants shows a likelihood of showing a profit.
If this is what you want, email me on mrmidlandman@googlemail.com in the next couple of days.0 -
Hi, I'm looking to find the members of the partnership I belonged to. It was named LongRalph. Although I have the names in the Schedule of the Agreement, can you please let me know if you were a partner of LongRalph as collectively we are in a stronger position. Thanks.0

Not heard of LongRalph I'm afraid0

I think from this, Bradbury, who are the Administrators of all the Partnership accounts and have the authority to distribute money, have already paid people their tax money that left the Partnership early, (the lucky ones! - or the fictional ones!.. Whichever you believe)
Since paying out they have then realised that the money they paid is far too much as they decided to put their fees up. Now they haven't got enough to pay everybody who is left in the Partnerships.
If we get paid, the first payment to us is what they can pay us and then the installments would be the money they recover from the overpaid partners.
The question is why do they have to wait until the end of January before they pay us the money that is in the pot already?
And also if you were one of the Partners that got paid out before Bradbury decided to put their fees up would you pay back the money??
Fact of Fiction... time will tell 10 days to go!!
What Bradbury said on 23December was that they do not have the money. What they did say was that the money will not be released before or near the 31st January 2010 for anyone expecting . If the partners are really lucky some money will be released by the well hidden "partnership Administrators each month in dribs and drabs without any interest. They also forgot bto mention what Bradbury and cO were going to do about all of the interest and charges for late paid 2007-8 tax and 2008-9 payments on account nor the penalties and surcharges. Mr Nyriri promised we'd be compensated. So basically they took your money they lost it spent or misplaced it and now they cannot repay it. Legal eagle I spoke to said there is little chance the money will be voluntarily repaid. It is time to strike back.0 -
We've been getting a few calls and emails here because of the website, and I'm struggling to give any really helpful advice to guys. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to fax or email over their contract with Sunday Solutions so we can take a look.
Did you get some sort of monthly statement or payslip while you were working through them.
Sorry for the questions.0 -
I got monthly statements from them showing drawings information. If we can show that Sunday were retraining money from us - will the HMRC not see that it is them they have to chase, not us. After all, if you were an employee and got pay slips showing tax was being taken but HMRC never received it, surely individuals are not liable for that?
This is part of what I was interested to know. From speaking to our finance department, any deductions would probably have to be stated as a specific deduction for tax for HMRC to accept it as such, it could be for anything otherwise. A payslip has to be explicit about what it's figures are for.0
