If you mean Sunday Wealth Management Ltd Andrew Nyiri provided Co. House with dormant accounts for the last two years a couple of weeks ago. Seems strange considering all correspondence was from them.

I don't think A Nyri would bother with such things. More like official Receiver's office did it.

I've just received my email from Bradbury as per posts above. I'm sure they said they would make a payment at the end of January and not just send another pointless email!

I sent Bradbury an emails last week asking to give me contacts of the administrator, but nothing.

What to do now..!? Maybe give HMRC a call to see if I can find any information out about my partnership now that the documentation has been submitted, will the information contain partners and maybe the administrator?
Try contacting Andrew McIntyre at Bradbury
Simples If he talks to the bank he should talk to you.

Have you got his number?
• Well the 31st Jan came and went and no money materialised. The thieving scum were supposed to repay me £6300 (and not the the £13K I estimated, the balance of which they stole). Instead I received this e-mail:-

Further to our ongoing correspondence regarding your Partnership Accounts, Bradbury has now completed our works and contractual obligations with your partnership and has submitted all statutory documentation to HMRC. We would report that your Partnership has now ceased trading; all partners within your Partnership have now resigned. Bradbury’s contractual obligations with your Partnership have now been satisfied.

For the avoidance of doubt (as previously advised), Bradbury is not responsible for individual partners 08/09 – 09/10 Self Assessment Tax Returns. Therefore each partner should instruct a new accountant and Bradbury will forward your relevant files accordingly. In facilitating the handover process, Bradbury will continue to support enquiries from you’re appointed accountant but will not be answering individual consultant questions other than via email.

An independent third-party administrator will be appointed to facilitate any final payments due to partners from the partnership, without prejudice. This independent administrator will contact you shortly to officially complete the closure of your Partnership and any distribution of funds due, accordingly.

We would take this opportunity to apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but would confirm that as accountants, Bradbury & Co provide information and accountancy related services, but DO NOT hold or control partnership funds and cannot therefore authorise the release of funds from the Partnerships.

We would therefore request your patience in this matter and advise that you await contact from the appointed administrator in due course.

Whilst writing we should like to confirm that it will be necessary to pass on individual’s names and contact information to allow the appointed administrator to make contact with you. Should you not wish Bradbury and Co to divulge your details then please advise us of this, by contacting us at info@bradburyandco.com and stating ‘Decline issue of personal details’ in the subject box.

Kind Regards

Bradbury & Co

So now I have the revenue breathing down my neck and it seems I'm gonna have to rob a bank to pay them. I'm now on medication for stress and if I ever manage to meet any of the thieving scum face to face I will not be held responsible for my actions.

Couldn't agree more. They owe me £6924, when did FRAUD become legal in this Country?

When the inmates took over the asylum, and fraud became the world's largest crime.
I'm surprised that some of you have yet to get an investigative journalist on this case by now.
Let us face it do you really think that that when the music stops nobody is going to have trouble finding the chairs?

Where are these companies registered - I'm willing to bet it is not the City of London - they have some officers who take it seriously - not like your average plod.
The last thread we had on here that felt like this one was run from a mailing box "South of the River"

As the government created this mess by prosecuting "Arctic Systems" the government should sort it out.
I think it is still illegal to force a wife to give evidence against her husband (or vice versa) but in financial matters hasn't the right to silence been abolished?

Ah well at least we are not in Greece where the government published spending figures and "forgot" to include civil service salaries?
• Hi

I just found out today that so many people were having issues with Bradbury/Sunday. I am waiting on £4360 to pay my tax bill, I have been stung with charges as well from Bradbury, my partnership was O'Lowry Abe, I have not had an email from Bradbury saying that the partnership is complete and closed, my colleagues have had emails to that affect.
My forecast expenses were £2800 total and Bradbury have charged £4100, so ontop of incorrect expenses they did me £1300 on fees, alot less than others but still this would of helped towards outstanding tax bill.

What do I need to do now?
Is there a support group people are joining?
Do I need to register to be a Creditor?

Any help would be realy welcomed
• MasterArcher - there is an action group you can join. Take a look at this thread...

When I was refered to Sunday my first contact was with
[Personal Details removed by Forum Team] who said I would be working under their UK company Sunday, when Sunday shut down I was automatically moved to Von Essen, I had no choice!
At that time I believed Sunday and Von Essen were the same company, was there any connection between the 2?.
I finished under Von Essen last week and they are preparing my 2009/10 accounts for me to approve, I now work under Fleming Laing, after Google search I could not find anything bad about them, anyone have issue with Fleming Laing?
