If nothing else it would be prudent to ask them to pay you all your tax now and you put it into a savings account. This doesn't stop them taking their x% commission before they pay you. There is a Sunday connection in that one of their sales people (who is a freelance) is ex-Sunday and was using the Sunday client list to gain business. They are registered in Lux if I recall correctly.
  • It's not really clear on their site how they work, but if I were you I would think twice about a partnership set up (it just leaves you too exposed), and like FeedtheKids said keep control of your money it may be more work but it beats losing it.

I don't like the fact they are in Luxemborg, but I work for one of their competitors so what do I know.

Funny I see that they have offices in UK too( just like Fleming Laing) . What advantage can there be in using Liuxembourg for UK resident taxpayers working fiull time in the good ole bbusted UK ecomomy.?
What do Iknow Im just another mug meerkat
  • Have you got his number?

It has been told to this meerkat that his email address at Bradbury still works ...... Andrew.mcintyre@bradburyandco.com

Has anybody visited 6 Bath Road to see if Andrew and Yvonne Nyiri still live there, I found a document that A Nyrir applied for planning permission there in 2002, and looking at Right Move "House Prices" the house hasn't been sold since then.

Planning permission link (it's a long doc, so easier to search for Nyiri)

    Also,

a search on google for "yvonne nyiri" gives this phone number 0117 9860119. Has anybody phoned it?
(Admin, I guess as it's in the public domain it's ok to post this number)
  • Someone on the action group spoke to him at that address recently. He blamed everyone else and said that there was nothing to do with him/Bradbury and that they were just accountants for the partnership.

Obviously not true though as he was also director of Sunday Wealth management.
  • We have been advised by a Solicitor to contact the Police re this situation. It seems that there are many people in the same situation. If everyone that has been "shafted" by these 2 companies all report this situation with the Police in their area then they will have to act. We have heard that these 2 companies may start winding up proceedings so we need to act quickly.

    http://www.attorneygeneral.gov.uk/nfa/WhatAreWeSaying/Documents/NFSA_Fraud_Focus_2_Final.pdf

The NFIB is theoretically up and running, with its eye on 30 Billion a year of money, yours and mine.

The difficulty is proving the difference between a business caught by the credit crunch and one that was going under from day one.
  • Someone on the Contractor UK site says that he has received money back from Sunday/Bradbury/The partnership through correspondence with Andrew McIntyre (strange as he has never been helpful with me). Has anyone on here received any of the money they are owed back or been sent a payment schedule or even a notification of whether payment will be made?

    Nothing.

Andrew McIntyre is trying to play the, "I'm the nice guy and only got hired to help with the mess" in all this, but his hands are as dirty as all the rest of the people invovled.

All he needs to do now is let us know the Third Party Administrators contact details then his name will probably stopped getting mentioned. But will he do this...No! Why! Over to you Andrew...
