  • Probably not connected to Bradbury TBH - just some little kids having a laugh.

Perhaps not. Maybe trying some more smoke and mirrors.?

Admin, I have noticed that the posts from Rtrinder, Samtheman and Joanmoan have been removed. Was this done by you? or the person who posted them?

Also, if you removed them can you confirm the location of the IP address, was it in the Bristol area?

    Thank you in advance.

I think from this, Bradbury, who are the Administrators of all the Partnership accounts and have the authority to distribute money, have already paid people their tax money that left the Partnership early, (the lucky ones! - or the fictional ones!.. Whichever you believe)

Since paying out they have then realised that the money they paid is far too much as they decided to put their fees up. Now they haven't got enough to pay everybody who is left in the Partnerships.

If we get paid, the first payment to us is what they can pay us and then the installments would be the money they recover from the overpaid partners.

The question is why do they have to wait until the end of January before they pay us the money that is in the pot already?

And also if you were one of the Partners that got paid out before Bradbury decided to put their fees up would you pay back the money??

Fact of Fiction... time will tell 10 days to go!!

I see it the same way, I believe Bradbury were paid a fee by the partnership to manage the partnership's accounts, so never held any of the actual money.

Bradbury aren't exposed to liability, technically it's still the partnership that owe you.

They are saying that they don't hold any of Sunday's funds, but they could still have authority to release funds. I would imagine that sort of information would be detailed in a contract between the partnership and Bradbury.

There may still be money within the partnership that can be paid out, but that is a guess, only Bradbury would know. The fact that they have put a deadline on paper suggests that might be the case.

Has anyone looked over the partnership contract you signed? That might have some clues about how this sort of situation will be handled. I'm unfamiliar with the partnership set up so I'm guessing.

Who exactly is in charge of the partnership then? Because if Bradbury are saying they don't have the authority to release the funds then who does? Who exactly do we have to chase to get this money released? Sunday/[TEXT DELETED BY ABUSE TEAM]? Or, if we are just supposed to wait until the "partners" pay the overpayment back, what happens if they don't - do the others partners have to then sue them individually for the money? Where will it all end?

The position is that you would have to get someone to inspect the partnership's bank account in order to find out if the money was misapplied or misplaced or even misappropriated. If Bradbury or any third party aplied partnership funds " oither than for ye benefit of the partnership or of an individual partner " there would be a case for a claim against them Also under the banking and money laundering acts a good lawyer may want to find a way in . I see it that Sunday Solutions and Bradbury have been acting to a certain extent as persons conducting banking arrangements for the partners but they have not kept good records or lost money somewhere or gave a lot of money to someone to keep for them. I'm sure they will have lots of excuses.

I'm very new onto this scene. I only realised what was going on a few days ago. Like many, I'm owed a lot of money. I think we would all benefit by solidarity - if only by retaining our sanity.

The contractors uk forum is very interesting.

    1. Why did my umbrella company encourage me to look at it?
    2. Why does the action group apparently take no action?
    3. Why does my invitation to organise an action group fail to get published on that forum?

Is the site simply a vehicle for Sunday / Bradbury / Willowmeade / O'Brien Lynn etc to manage the intelligence to divide and conquer?

    1. Only you could know that
    2. They're doing something but not broadcasting it I think
    3. Ask Admin

The site has been around for a long time, the thread on the Brad/Sun problem is much the same as the one here. There are infiltrators occasionally but most are people feeling ripped off.

wouldn't mind getting hold of this chap Andrew Niryi?

Keeping his head down - he didn't show at the liquidation meeting for Sunday Wealth Management Ltd in early December according to the record.
