We were all self employed, therefore had to look after our own tax money, we entrusted Bradbury to look after our tax money as 20 Self Employed contractors formed the Partnership.
This is why HMRC can not help us as we asked a third Party (Bradbury) to hold the money for us, HMRC still want their money and it's our problem that Bradbury are not releasing it.
No tax deductions were made throughout the year, Bradbury only retained money from our invoices to cover the Tax. They retained 31.5 % of my money to cover fees and tax money, I was hoping for a nice rebate once the Tax was paid (with interest)!!!
We did not get Payslips, we only got statements of what was invoiced and what was retained.0 -
I haven't. So where are the accounts - isn't it standard practice to send them to the partners in the partnership as well as HMRC? Their mailbox would be of a manageable size if they just did what they said they were going to do. The fact is that Andy is shrugging his shoulders in this email - Bradbury liquidation is the inevitable next step.0

It is not Bradbury that you would wish to get to . Is it not the people who administered the bank accounts into which hundreds and hundreds of thousands of pounds ( may be millions) went into without control or accountability . They have quesytions to answer. Also Whoever left a business and found that the expenses kept being added to week on week without explanation?0 -
Hi,
I'm yet another victim of the Sunday Solutions/BradburyAndCo situation.
I'm already paying HMRC £12k from last years mess. Now, Bradbury have increased their fees from 6% to 16%, are holding onto my partnership funds and refusing all phone calls and emails.
Has anyone actually received their funds? Is anyone in the Whalley Prime Broken partnership? Has anyone taken legal advice?
What experience does anyone have with Fleming Laing? Are they too involved with Sunday and Bradbury?0 -

From speaking to our finance department, any deductions would probably have to be stated as a specific deduction for tax for HMRC to accept it as such, it could be for anything otherwise. A payslip has to be explicit about what it's figures are for.
Your finance department does not know what Sunday Solutions did.
They SSLtd or the anonymous" who must not be named" partnership administrators set up partnerships and got the partners who joined to use their tame Billing companies ( Willowmeade , Reed Morgan ) who gathered in the money from sales invoices then paid some to the hard working contractors and were then supposed to reserve the rest in partnership bank accounts on account of reserves for the various partners tax liabilities and fees.
Well that was the theory any way.
There was no deduction of tax at source in any way.
No Interest eeems to have been earned on these monies.
And the bank accounts were not set up as client accounts with Barclays Bank plc.
When people contact Barclays about partnership accounts belonging to their partnership, Barclays have been known to say they are not known or that they cannot discuss a customers affairs.
It will be a while before all this is sorted out as there must be 250 partnerships by the time the creatives finished their signing up. Involving up to 1300 people - some of whom are definitely not happy.
A new mystery is why did someone go to the High Court to wind up an apparently dormant ( as in never traded ) company ( Sunday Wealth Management Limited) whose regiostered office was at 6 Bath Road Keynsham? That cost money lots of money in our humble contractor terms. ODD0 -
I've just read on another forum that some people have received the below correspondence - has anyone else? (I haven't)
"Further to our ongoing correspondence regarding your Partnership Accounts, Bradbury has now completed our works and contractual obligations with your partnership and has submitted all statutory documentation to HMRC. We would report that your Partnership has now ceased trading; all partners within your Partnership have now resigned. Bradbury’s contractual obligations with your Partnership have now been satisfied.
For the avoidance of doubt (as previously advised), Bradbury is not responsible for individual partners 08/09 – 09/10 Self Assessment Tax Returns. Therefore each partner should instruct a new accountant and Bradbury will forward your relevant files accordingly. In facilitating the handover process, Bradbury will continue to support enquiries from you’re appointed accountant but will not be answering individual consultant questions other than via email.
An independent third-party administrator will be appointed to facilitate any final payments due to partners from the partnership, without prejudice. This independent administrator will contact you shortly to officially complete the closure of your Partnership and any distribution of funds due, accordingly.
We would take this opportunity to apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but would confirm that as accountants, Bradbury & Co provide information and accountancy related services, but DO NOT hold or control partnership funds and cannot therefore authorise the release of funds from the Partnerships.
We would therefore request your patience in this matter and advise that you await contact from the appointed administrator in due course.
Whilst writing we should like to confirm that it will be necessary to pass on individual’s names and contact information to allow the appointed administrator to make contact with you. Should you not wish Bradbury and Co to divulge your details then please advise us of this, by contacting us at info@bradburyandco.com and stating ‘Decline issue of personal details’ in the subject box."
Simples - who is going to pay again for someone to sort someone else messes out so that we can become poorer ? If Sunday Solutions pay or Bradbury iit is OK but not if it Meerkat contractors got to pay .
No! Meercontractirs already paid too much already .
Not funny this new racket to soak us more.0 -

What's the betting that the administrator will be another Nyiri company :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
I've just received my email from Bradbury as per posts above. I'm sure they said they would make a payment at the end of January and not just send another pointless email!
I sent Bradbury an emails last week asking to give me contacts of the administrator, but nothing.
What to do now..!? Maybe give HMRC a call to see if I can find any information out about my partnership now that the documentation has been submitted, will the information contain partners and maybe the administrator?0 -
According to Companies House, Sunday have gone into "compulsory liquidation" and an Official Receiver has been appointed (by the Courts I presume). From the little I have read about what this means, it appears as though creditors (i.e. us) need to contact the Official Receiver to make it known that we are owed money in order to be in line for any repayment. Does anyone else know about this? Have I read this right?
If you mean Sunday Wealth Management Ltd Andrew Nyiri provided Co. House with dormant accounts for the last two years a couple of weeks ago. Seems strange considering all correspondence was from them.0 -
