I haven't got anything from them. I am still waiting for the accounts summary. I am not sure what to do ?
Have you reported it to the police and have you had a response from the cops ?
Cheers, Myaccount0 -
Seems that Bradbury are slowly processing things. I think it is best to wait until this time next week to see if people actually get the payments they have been promised. If they do, just keep a pulse on the situation and wait for your accounts to be processed. If they do not, then full steam ahead.
I will personally hold Bradbury responsible for any late payments in January due to their slow administration. They better pull up their socks and start making these payments, otherwise they will have to cough up lots of penalites and interestest payments I predict.
Hi Zotter, Where did you hear this ?0 -
Got a letter from them with my accounts, and they emailed saying a letter will be on the way the week commencing 14 December to confirm the date that they will pay back the money they owe me (pending approval of my accounts of course).0

I am not sure if they would pay mine especially because it's nearly £13k.
Well..let's hope they are able to sort it out.0 -
I also received an email this week saying, that I will receive a letter week commencing 14th December that will detail my next action regarding my tax return.
It was from info@bradburyandco.com I did reply to it asking them why the 14th December and not sooner but haven't heard anything.

'myaccount' I am owed over 13k, I don't think the amount will determine if you get it back or not, I think they are just really slow at doing things.
Although, I do wonder why they have stopped all inbound communication, have moved office and also applied to be struck off!! Is this letter I'm expecting just a stalling tactic?0 -
They did not apply to be struck off, that was initiated by CH due to late filing of accounts I was told. I think it is just a matter of a mountain of work and they cannot afford to hire more people to do it.0

This is certainly how I read it. I have had this countless times. Get to a certain point with someone, get daily emails from them with no valuable information other than "promise we'll have something for you tomorrow". Then whammo ... nothing.
Eventually someone else picks up your case, asks to be brought up to date, acts your best friend, daily emails, and then flatline again.
I have requested on many occasions that they send out an official letter on a Bradbury letterhead explaining the situation and have got nothing. Surely that's the least they could do.
Don't hold your breath.
I know it sounds like admitting defeat but today I paid HMRC my outstanding amount. I am not in this as deep as some of you but it still hurts. If I get a penny of it back I will be very happy, but I honestly don't see it happening.
Good luck to you all! I hope it all works out.0 -

I am not sure about the stalling tactic. I certainly don't agree that they do not have time to just drop us all a note about paying our money back.
I still have not got any financial statements.
Does anyone know how to go about declaring our taxes if we don't have the parternship accounts ?0 -
Call a partnership meeting and ask the partnership administratir to come explain what he has been doing with our money appeals to me . There has to b a partnership meetting per the partnership agreement . There also have to be audited accounts. Anyone seen these?
About time then.
Go on
Go on
Go on
You know it ,makes sense:mad:0
