I think that this thread should be made a sticky as it will help consumers like me to find out which companies are paying out and which ones aren't and therefore I can more a much more informed choice on which company I purchase my phone, overall it helps in SAVING MONEY.

CNM paid up on time, first installment £66, Email to say they had passed claim for payment, manual cheque, three week from start to finish. Full marks

I've already voted before (for other retailers other than Mobile Rainbow) so I can't do it again...but just wanted to say that I have received my first cashback from Mobile Rainbow, albeit a little late (12 days) and not without threats of taking legal action.

Have been with mobileshop for 3 years now,always helpful,no problems with cashback,but i wonder how many of us forgot to get the vouchers back on time!

Didnt think mobileshop had vouchers I have just taken 2 contracts out with them and all the t & c say is send back copies of the bills.

First voucher claim has just taken 43 days to process from them receiving it. Website states 45 days max. Cheque arrived this morning, no chasing required. Did not receive a text from them to confirm receipt of the voucher even though their website says you will get one.

just got my final one from onestopphoneshop.
relieved that after being vigilant about sending invoices on time and recorded delivery - all cashbacks came.
Now i'm with Mobile Outlet [& vanilla mobile] and already after one month I'm worried. I haven't been sent any cash back info yet???

My first cashback payment from Mobileshop did not appear in my account as they stated. I rang and they said they are having problems with their cashback payments. This sounds very alarming to me and could possibly be an early indication that all is not well with Mobileshop. Is anyone else experiencing similar difficulties?
