Are you doin SS or SS+?
How much do you want to lose?0 -
I'm doing lighter life but would like to join in for some moral support. I chose LL over cd as it has weight loss therapy which I am finding brilliant. Although its only been 5 weeks so I might be counting my luck too soon.If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0

Yes I can admit now that the counselling you have on LL is brilliant..... I hated it at the time but when i look back I think that helped with losing the weight and maintaining!!
I was also very petrified of the leader! ;-)
5 weeks in - well done girl. you have cracked it!! Its the first 2 weeks thats the hardest for me!
Well I am trying to lose pregnancy weight - 2 stone of the stubborn stuff!!! x0 -
doin SS been in bed all morning with a headache but feel ok now - would like to lose about 3 stone i think - doable in 3 months ? i hope so but then i do have stuff on weekends away and nites out so will have to see how i go
i really like the taste of the shakes, i am missing diet coke too - keep plodding eh ?0 -
How're you feeling caz? I find I get lots of headaches but water helps. Weigh in tomorrow but I don't feel any thinner:( despite a jog this evening and not cheating.
Btw I miss diet coke - fizzy water does not cut it!If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -
Planning on going on the Cambridge Diet in two weeks time after my exams are over. Want to get down from 115kg to around 85kg. Got a couple of questions that hopefully some of you guys can answer.
Would losing 30kg in a matter of months, assuming I could actually stick to the plan, leave me with excess/loose skin? Has anyone experienced this? Does it go away over time?
Would having such a low calorie intake for an extended time screw with my metabolism? Meaning I'll just find it harder to keep the weight off long term?0 -
Just what I was going to ask Remote Part.I am 13stone and want to get down to 10stone....... what exactly is a typical day on the CD?
I cant seem to find much out about it in terms of exactly what it entails.... it just seems to say to join a consultant.
Also, am I right in thinking it costs around £40 a month? Is it much different to SF as this seems to be half the price?
Thanks xx0 -
Hi
Started CDP last Thursday. Was going ok until today.......when at lunchtime I had SANDWICHES due to the lack of anything else, no where to make my soup and the fact that I was on a course in a hotel !!!!
I really, really need this plan to work. I'm 5ft 2 and weigh a significant amount more than I should.
Sorry for the rant.0 -
Hi ... looking for some info on costs etc ... I can clearly see on CD website how much weekly meal packs cost but does this price include weekly meeting with your counsellor or is this extra ? Any advice would be really appreciated ...
Cheers0 -
