If you are sole sourcing you should be down by about a stone and a half by then .. it averages out for most at about a stone in the first two weeks then a stone four weekly .. once you get through the initial two weeks its half a pound a day .. so you should be well within your initial goal by then ..
Cruise .. lovely .. Ive never been on one .. must write that down in my things to do
Make sure you are getting enough water .. that will help with your headaches .. you can take painkillers if you need them .. I got a migraine first day this time, then have been fine since .. most people feel ick until about the 4th or 5th day then you start to feel great..

Day 2 almost over, and not feeling to bad, have a busy day tomorrow so thats good to keep my mind busy, keeping goal in mind!!!! I have been spacing my shakes out during the day then having chicken & veg at about 7pm do you think thats ok or too late?

Well done on keeping things up .. its harder the first few days as Im sure you know ..
Yep better to space things out, kinda like you are having breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you are hungry in between some water :beer: stops your tummy grumbling and helps with the head hunger, and the headaches etc ..

I should be into the 13's this week but today have been out all day, driving a lot and had very little water so Im going to glug down a litre now and hope that sees me through until tomorrow ..0 -
After a few weeks it does just become a way of life!
I've just started week 8 and have so far lost 37lbs - that's 2 and 1/2 stones. I don't feel hungry, just a little weak from time to time, although that could be the side effect of some medication I have to take.
Drink plenty of water, keep the faith and see yourself slimmer!0 -

.. This is the gazillionth time at the diet for me .. youre right it does become a way of life .. I find it easier in the summer as ketosis makes me feel really cold .. hopefully I shall be finishing around the time it starts to get too cold ..
Getting my hair done tomorrow .. good non-food treat .. for a lighter me ..

To be honest I see no difference in the mirror at all. Obviously my clothes are all too big and I've had to root around the loft looking for something that vaguely fits! I don't want to buy clothes because I've still got a long way to go, but I'm beginning to resemble a bag lady now. Supermarket clothes here we come!0

Hey everyone, end of day 5 and feeling ok, did feel alittle hungry today (first time) but didn't give in, looking forward to my weigh in on Friday, just hope its woth it, I am doing SS+ but think I am going to ask to do SS as I really need to drink something NOT water then I would have milk for my tea.... its the drinking I miss not the food, I am a real diet coke girl so its a hard habit to break, never mind onwards and upwards, I have set myself some little goals to help me....
1. Get through first week (DONE)
2. To lose 7lb (total) (DONE)
3. To make it to week 3 (DONE)
4. To lose 10lb (total) (DONE)

Yeah, Yeah first weigh in today after doing SS+ and I lost 8lb, so pleased, have now changed to SS so, good things to come....34lbs to go..
