I have so much weight to lose that I want to stick with it for as long as is humanly possible. I use the wii fit every day even if it's for only 30 mins, and the nature of my job means that some days I can walk 5 miles just around my salon! I think that because work is so busy at the moment it's a combination of that plus SS that's taking its toll on me. Thank you so much for your advice though, it's much appreciated!
HI,
Im on SS and would suggest that if your really feeling it, then do SS+ for a week, just to get some protein in you. then if your feeling better go back to SS. Ive had to go to SS+ because of the heat, it definatley helped alot. and as my CDC says , WATER WATER WATER!

I'm finding it absolutely fine apart from the fatigue! No hunger pangs, no cravings, no bloating, nothing. Just lovely weight loss every week! I've lost 24lbs in 4 weeks so far. I might just do the SS+ for a week but worry about the reduced weight loss. Water isn't an issue for me; I drink at least 3 litres a day as this plan does seem to give you a raging thirst!0 -

Hi everyone!
I'm on week 2 and going for my 2nd weigh in tonight! Lost 10lbs last week! Am finding it quite easy, its nice not having to think about food for a change!0 -
Congratulations!
Beware - there are those on this board who will tell you that it's not recommended by NICE, or that it's not healthy to lose weight at such a rate, and that 98% of people put the weight back on.
I'm sure that we'll prove them all wrong!0 -
*la la la* sticks fingers in ears!
Well seeing as that being over weight is unhealthy and I've tried all the other alternatives to try and lose it, I don't think I will pay any attention lol!
I love this diet!0 -
