    Thats great,:T

I only have one shake now and thats the mint choc. I agree, this is the easiet diet I have ever done. I get nagged constantly by colleagues and friends that its not the right thing to do. But it helps me to understand what ive been eating and why. And its so nice to not think about food or feel bloated at all. My sister and mum swear by it also. helps me to manage my weight, and when i need a kick up the bum if im eating badly i just remember this, or even start it again.

    hi fellow cd'rs,

I have restarted this week with a zillion pounds to lose, lol

Looking for plenty of encouragement and kick up the bums please.

I am using up my remaining packs before I officially go to see my cdc.

So started 05.07.10 and 1st week weigh in on 12.07.10. On day 4 now and in ketosis, (yay to the pink stick). Glugging plenty of water, so easy at this time of year.

I have 3 weddings coming up very soon and my 40th at the end of August so deffo got something to aim at.

    Anyways howdy at all.

    Hey!

It really is easy to glug the water at the moment! and easy to not feel hungry. You started same day as me.Water is my biggest issue when im not dieting. Just cant get enough down for it to not sit on my bum!

Sitting behind a desk all day is a challenge.

I can totally understand every word you say and the picture you paint! 14 weeks in and 37 lb lost - I love the diet and I've had a few weekends off for events and I've still lost!

My BMI is nearly 25 and when I finish I'll take with me the not drinking alcohol and drinking lots of water. The only thing I miss is fruit!

    good luck all

I'm going to be starting the cambridge weight plan on the 26th july, doing slimfast at the moment to get used to shakes & less food. It's my birthday in less than 2 weeks so i didn't want to start then be tempted to fall off the wagon so i thought i'd start after!

I have a LOT  to lose but i've made a start and in a week i have lost 9 pounds :j

I have also joined the cambridge weirght plan forum on the official gite & everyone there is really welcoming & supportive. This is really going to work, yay!
