Hi Helen
...
I think my tip would be to make sure youve got things you can be doing to take your mind off food! .. a diet journel umm puzzle book new nail polish etc anything to stop you eating ...
And to know that your head will try to play games with you even though your body isnt hungry! ...
Good Luck with your journeyHoping to be a thinner me in 2010!0 -

well that is 1 week gone
i had 2 small blips, and they were not that bad
was hungry the other night, so had a nibble of chicken for tea
sunday went to the in laws for dinner............argh
she'd done chicken and beef, i had a bit of chicken, with veg, problem was the veg was carrot and turnip, and i could eat that all day long,
so ended up with chicken, carrot and turnip and some brocolli
not the best, but it is worse could have had the spuds, stuffing and gravy but didn't.
Start weight last tue morning was 11st 5lb,
this morning i weighed 10st 13lb
we i have to say i'm pleases with that, especially as i ate on sunday.
onwards and upwards for the next 7 days.
good luck all xxx0 -
Took the kids out today ............for a picnic!
I had soup in a flask...and I so wanted what they were having.
I also had to nip to the shop today, that was so hard. I really wanted to give up. But I didn't! I am only on day 6...........I can not imagine doing this for 6 weeks. Although I am still not hungry! So what am I moaning about????LBM Total: £33356 15/11/09  £6085.63 paid
