Saint_Chris ~ :j Welcome back, glad to see your day 1 has gone swimmingly. I hope the following few days are easy for you too. How is your daughter now after losing the baby? Also I am sure you had some other custody issues from your daughter partner child, how is that now? I hope I have that right
chops22 ~ Good luck for your first day todayI found my first 3 days fine, it was day 4 for me! Thinking of you
nettttie ~ How are you doing now? I am glad you got past day three, keep on goiing. When is your weigh-in?
Old Fashioned ~ welcome to teh world of CD, keep on posting here and we will support you. There is also minimins online forum that chats about CD, there is higer traffic through ther though. Generally I will go on there to read but never post
Emmzi ~ :grouphug: If you know 7pm is teh trigger can you play the distraction card? Go for a walk, have a bath, play a game, read a book... Anything to get you past that hour. 6pm used to be my binge time so thats hard for me. Now I just distract myself, it works, but not always you need to be determinded too
piratess ~ Why do we do that? self destruction? I hope you are well on your way back into ketosis. I must say now you know how easy it is to get back into it doesn't mean you can jump in/out of it each week:rotfl:
I am ok ish, I have been unwell for the past few days and although I can cope with it I haven't had much energy. I will just keep on going though :T No weigh-in till 29th which although I am worried about I am sure it will be fine. Need to take a day off in May though, going to go for a SS+ meal but I am not going to say no to anything else :rotfl:
Keep on going everyone  <- Thats water0 -
Day 5 in the CD house!
had my 3rd shake at 11pm last night, didnt really feel like i wanted it but knew i needed the nutrients. side effects are hair-like tongue and constipation (which am shitt*N) I've had ops on my sphincter muscle so have to be careful - it needs a big fat no 2!
otherwise I think I need to monitor the water more - am over 2 litres though.
Went a walk yesterday - took car to garage for MOT and walked back with the dog - 3.5 miles. (sneaky weigh-in looking like 1/2 stone mark)

Hi
well day 3 over only 1 small set back today, i was really hungry at tea, so i has a few nibbles on some chicken. at least i went for the best option, only struggle is the water, again trying to get it down.
don't feel as bloated as i did.

Yes that is correct, daughter is fine now, apart from a bit of a set back that she has just been treated for abnormal cells, and can not try for a baby for 6 months.
custody battle is sorted out now, no cost to the mother, big solicitors bill for daughter, but it was the best way for them, as she was never going to be reasonable.
But on a happy note, daughter decided to get married and did so on the 6th feb, it was a happy day for them, especially after the year that they had,
postingalwaysposting, you have a fantastic memory to remember that.
i was so happy that i managed to maintain for so long but the weight has gradually crept on, but before it gets out of hand i'm going to take contro.
cheers chris xxxx0 -
Well I have managed two days, I am suprised that I am not as hungry as I thought I would be. Still very early days tho:eek:
I like the soups and the shakes, althought the bars I am not as keen on. But I like being able to chew something and they are easy to save half.
A girl at work bought me some crisps and chocolate this week...even tho I said I did not want any, but I did not sucumb!! And was not to bothered when everyone then had chipshop chips for lunch.:TLBM Total: £33356 15/11/09  £6085.63 paid

Hi all, I've just read the last twenty pages or so and am so pleased to see it's possible to do the diet - my friends would have me believe it's impossible.
What would your 'I wish I'd known that before I started the diet' tips be? I don't think I will struggle on water as I already drink 2 or more litres a day without trying but I'd like to hear any other thoughts.
Also - great idea on a goal item (sorry I Can't remember who mentioned it) I'm after a white bikini!
I start on Monday 26th so I am very very excited (I'm on holiday inbetween)...If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0
