Well I sts again this week, so me and my CDC has decided to not weigh for at least 3 weeks. We think because I am running etc I am toning and replacing the fat with muscle. So of course I am not losing weightSo I am still up for the challenge but my update will come at the end of the month

New to this forum so please be gentle with me .... thinking of starting CD but looking for a bit of reassure and few answers before I jump in .... really what do the shakes and soups taste like and what's best to go for?? Do they fill you up ??? How much does it all cost??? Do you have to see a consultant or can you do it on your own?0

Hello I am thinking about starting CD next week...I am not sure the kids holiday is a good time to start, but I am so fed up with trying to loose weight and feel really motivated now.
I have a wedding at the end of June and would love to lose a couple of stone before then.
Any advice welcome, I love going out but can manage without wine etc if it means I get to shift three or four stone for my holiday in the summer.LBM Total: £33356 15/11/09  £6085.63 paid

Hello Everyone,
I'm a few steps behind, just found a counsellor and will be meeting with them soon, where no doubt she will weigh me and at which point I shall be sticking my fingers firmly in my ears!!! Any advice on which shakes to choose, bad gag reflex. Realistically how much weight do you think I could lose in, say, 6 weeks (I'm a size 16 at the mo - but dont tell anyone).
Thanks, all advice greatly appreciated - I've had a look through the pages but my giddy aunt theres a lot of them!!!0
