I'm up for a challenge - I need to lose 17lb by the 23rd April, so will say 17lb by the end of April but I'm cheating slightly as my first weigh in is on the 31st March so will be countin that if that's ok with everyone!!

    PAP - 14lb
    Emmzi - 21lbs
    Stokegal -17lb

(Emmzi - I read your post as you wanted to lose 21lb in the challenge, please delete this if its not correct)

Emmzi, welcome to the CD thread. Generally each month you can lose up to 1stone if you are being 100%. You do lose a larger amount in your first week but maybe 21lb is a little high. Although if you can do it I will take my hat off to you. Have you started yet? I guess you haven't done CD before?

I feel off the wagon today Facepalm_emote_by_archangel_amitiel.gif Never mind I have climbed back on... I have also just purchased my first ever 'goal' piece of clothing. I said I never will but I have been after this style top for a long time, and I managed to get an awsome one for only £4 (however free as it was floating in paypal). So I can't wait for that to arrive :D

The race is on, I want to wear that top on the 6th of June, if I can... If I ever get down to that size :rotfl:

So glad you climbed straight back on the wagon Pap:T - dead chuffed you've bought a 'target' top, it def helps. I bought a couple of things in the jan sales and have just got into them, keep it up girl:D

I am (unfortunately!) nowhere near the maintenance street yet! but my cdc and I figure that its better to be in control with a (very) slow weight loss, until I am able to do it properly again at least I am ambling in the right direction!!!!!

I need to speak the unspeakable though....McD's have got cream egg mcflurry in:eek:....its the only one i have and i LOVE it and i know i musn't have it................ooooooh its flippin hard!!

Sorry to all those who are now groaning, easter is my hardest time (yup, even harder than chrimbo!) - bet I'm not alone either! WE CAN KEEP GOING - honest!:D:D:D
