Ill see how i get on tomorow and go from there i think.
I have to admit im letting the side down! Im only 2 pints a cuppa down! oh and a shake! .. im a real slacker arnt i lolHoping to be a thinner me in 2010!0 -
Well I had a good start to the 14lb challenge (not)... I'd put on 3lbs at last night's weigh in, the weekend indulgences and lack of water so far this week caught up with me. Never mind, determined to have a better week and get that off again. I find I really have to keep up with the water intake to have a good weightloss, so about 4 litres a day, which I find a pain at work especially as I'm back and forth to the loo all day, ahh well it's extra exercise I guess :rotfl: Hope everyone's doing better than me!Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame
Love is a losing game0 -
oooh poor CWR, mind you only 3lb on is fabulous in comparison to me - 4 days off resulted in nearly a whole flipping stone going on!!! I wasn't that bad (or so I thought, gulp).
Lost 4lb yesterday, phew! Still have 8lb to go to get back to where I was last ThursdayOh well, pass me a glass of water I've got weight to lose, lol.
I'm lucky at work in that I sit nearest the doors out to the ladies0 -
Piratess- well done for the 3lbs! Good Luck whatever you decide with the job- Knotted muscle s sound very sore.
CWR- i totally agree about the water. I can be as good as gold but if i don't drink I don't lose. Draw a line under the weekend and start afresh.
Kittikins-I stone in 4 days wow!I think that can't be real 'weight gain' iyswim it must be to do with the glycogen stores. Its still so disheartening though.
I was naughty yesterday and had 2 gaint gherkins LOL! Well it could have been worse I suppose, I just felt the urge - no LOL I'm not pregnant
Have a good sin free day everybobyJuly Win: Nokia 58000 -
Morning guys
Still going strong for me....day54 of 100% :T 8 days to go until day off for my birthday !! whoooppppeeeee can't b1oody wait
Roll on Saturday WI.....as long as its more than 1lb that I lost last week0 -
Wish I had a medal smiley for you HWGA, 54 days is marvellous
ethansmum - mmmmm, gherkins, my mouth is watering at the thought, I love pickles of all varieties!
The fact I've lost half a stone in 2 days kind of proves to me that I am a major glucogen storer! I'm at work with a big bottle of water beside me slurping away. Want to get back to where I was asap but happy that I'm back on track0 -
Hey everyone,
Well I had completly fallen off the wagon this week. tried sticking to the step 3 while I was on medication but went to pot when had to be admited due to my asthma causing my lungs to colapse. I got depressed and have been eating moderatly healthybut pretty much what got put in front of me. I had my weigh in today and really dredded it but for 6 dys of eating I have only gained 1 and a 1/4 pounds, which is a slight relief! although saying that could be around 6lb better off had I been able to stick t the diet. Well my medication should end in the next couple of days so I am hopeing to make a big catch up.
I would love to join you for marchs challenge! I would love to loose another 14 lb nd my W.I day is a thursday. Really need motivating to get back on the diet. Picked up a few new flavours today so hopefully they will be nice
Well done to everyone on there loss so far and I hope to be joining you again soon. :T0 -
Ahh thank you Kittkins....it has been very hard at times, and has taken me about 2 years to get back to being focused enough to stick to it more than a couple of days ! I think having a weekend 'off' for my birthday kinda half way through hopefully will help
just a bit worried will struggle to get back to just packs....will just 'have to' i guess !!!
CWR...come on think of X-Factor !!! Or perhaps i'll come upstairs and spur you on this time :T:T
ethansmum...i'm pretty sure that putting a stone on in 4 days of 'naughtiness' cann'ot be a definate weight gain, am sure you will loose most of that, if not all of it by your next WI0 -
Thankfully, I've been *lucky* every time I've lapsed and my body has greeted the return to plan, so I've not found it a physical struggle to get back on track, occasionally a mental one, but hey, I have lots of *issues* where food is concerned, grrr.
Have had 4l water and only one pack so far, not hungry but forgot my bar, and can't be bothered to go and make up a soup at the mo.0 -
Oh i definately know the feeling, its not my body that has issues, its most definately getting my head around being just on packs....hopefully 2 days off, with packs and a meal and a few beverages shouldn't damage my loss toooo much, although won't be expecting to loose weight that week unfortunately :cool:0
