Morning everyone
Sorry ive not been around ive had a down few days! .. I was fine on friday morning i tried on a dress i havnt worn since 2008 and it fitted and i could get the zip up and was feeling great.. Only needed 2lbs to get into the 12s
And thats where it all went wrong
I had chick and mushrooms from the chinese for tea, Then saturday my DD returned from NY and we had a chinese again and i had chick chowmein then yesterday i cooked quiche for the family and i had a quarter of that
Im feeling flaming useless! I just dont know whats up with me! .. I got to the 2stone stage on WW and then just gave up i dont want to be the same this time! ... Im on day 42 today and get weighed at 11.30I feel like such a failure!

Oh Pirate, I'm feeling grouchy and blue too, hugs from a fellow naughty girl....sorry to hear you had a bad weekend, but think how bad it could have been if you're really gone for it
You're not flaming useless, you've learned from your previous experience at WW, you can see that you're going back down a path you've trodden before, and you're more aware than than you were. You are going to get back on the waggon and be posting with smiley faces very soon (and hopefully so will I!)
I was fine in being pretty good with food choices over the weekend, okay, maybe I had quite a lot of cheese....however, when we got home I just bingedMy body has grabbed back a massive amount of weight, hopefully 99% of that is water.....
I'm not yet sure whether I can go back on today as my back is horribly painful, especially since I've gone back into the office today, as I was hoping to see the physio this morning, but he's cancelled the appointment. I've not yet taken the stronger drugs, but am wondering when I will need to...I had a chocolate shake this morning and it was soooo lovely! I've got a bar in my bag for lunchtime and will see how I get on as the day progresses, I don't want to be going back up the scales!
The bars I'm using are whatever meal replacement Tesco ones have, I've only seen them in chocolate and raspberry flavours, both are divine0 -
Afternoon guys
Think i'm going to have to join the fed up gang this afternoonjust fed up with the whole not eating at the mo, not sure why, maybe its a Monday thing....i know i have to stick to it as i've still got anotehr 3 - 3 1/2 stone to go, but i just want my social life back
i think it doesn't help also that my colleague who was doing it has just lost 2ish stone and is finished, whereas i'm almost 3 stone down and still another 3 to go...... lets hope i feel more with it tomorrow
PIRATESS - all i can say is draw a line under it and start afresh today/tomorrow when you feel ready ! We all have slips, no doubt i will definately be slipping for my birthday weekend....am going out for lunch now on the Saturday - will try and pick some sort of salad, but know i will be having a chicken shish kebab (the healthiest possible) on the way home no doubt followed by chilli on the sunday BUT i will be getting back on the wagon on the Monday....i hope:A
Roll on tomorrow, lets hope we all feel a bit brighter :j0 -

Morning everyone .. Its very quiet here lately, I think some of us need a pep talk lol .. me included!
Im still feeling a bit wobbly, I ate again last night, But ya know what Im not going to beat myself up anymore Im just starting today and going to count down the 100% days like STokeGal used to ! ...
Maybe we could have a lil challenge or somthing ? ... an aim so we can all work together ?
We can achieve what we all started out to do! .. Yes the weather is pants yes its cold and the last thing we want to be drinking is so much cold water BUT its sooo worth it to see the scales move
Im working till 2 today and i intend to not let anything past my lips that isnt cambridge! .. oh and my 2 cups of tea ...
